Nah, doubt it tbh. I think this one's going to be limited to some Eric Clapton and a bit of Buddy Holly. You'd need to buy the DLC to able to play any song.

Great Xmas present.
Cracking price - not seen it this cheap for years. Personally prefer the Tele bundle but this is good.

What tele bundle?
Great learning tool for anyone picking this bundle up and not knowing where to start is JustinGuitar on Youtube, totally free and very well put together

Any reason why I shouldn't buy this guitar? I'm a beginner looking to graduate from steel strung acoustic

What do you mean "graduate"? It's much better to start on electric if that's what you wanna play. Just go for it. That said, if you've been playing on an acoustic already for a while, it's probably better to get a better guitar than this. You should have a look at Squier "Classic Vibe" series. for example, or a used Mexican Strat.

At this price, with an amp included, it would be a great buy as a first electric guitar. If you are already accomplished and keen, I would guess you are more likely to stick with it and might quickly outgrow the Squier. But just as an intro to electric guitars, or even for someone who isn't sure they will persevere, this is a bargain set up.

Squiers vary hugely in price so I assume this will be the bottom end one. At this price though you could get a couple of years out of it then sell it and move on to something better.

Thanks both. I guess I'm in the "not sure if I'll persevere camp" so sounds ideal
Looks like a good deal to me, probably better than the Argos Elevation , In my humble opinion !

I agree. Get a Mex Strat, you'll just end up selling this to partly fund a better one. Buy the best you can comfortably afford.
Great deal. I'm confused how strings are changed on this, don't they normally go through the back?

Justin is great, I've learnt a lot from his youtube channel. I also like Marty Schwartz, both great for getting started and when you start improving.

I've a couple of Squier teles and a Strat. The teles are the more expensive classic vibe / custom and are actually very good. The strat is an affinity however and that is a POS. I think if I started out on that I would probably have given up or sold for something better. The amp in this bundle isn't great either.

Heat for the price though, it is cheap. It might prove more cost effective to get some better quality 2nd hand kit in the longer run.

Should change this to short scale, it’s a smaller sized strat. Stilp a very good deal, you’re pretty much getting the amp chucked in, but I wouldn’t recommend for anyone near 6 feet or taller as it’ll look like a ukulele.

Looks like they mount on the saddles themselves.
Does anyone know if this come with a tuner? Thx
