Size isn't everything
A fairly good size for the price

Very nice! There will a few new owners of Ferrari cars tonight!

£10 at John Lewis - for size 1:24 Ferrari 458 and an Audi model, both remote controlled.

Reserved, Thanks.

Any recommendations for a budget off road RC car ? Got a nice track nearby, not ready to spend £100+ on one ..

COLD

At least the Cars battery should be re-chargeable

May get this as Xmas pressie for 7 yr old son....
Last month he saw someone driving a proper Enzo past the hairdressers while I was getting my hair cut. Told him there was no way there are 2 Ferrari's in our town (guy that owns car fleet body shop has one). When we left the hairdressers 15 mins later, sure enough there was the Enzo coming back the other way. We stood there with mouths wide open......

If you mean a track used by a local rc club, then the car linked here will not be suitable. If you want to get into the rc hobby with a view to racing cars on or off road, you will need to spend at least £100 on something decent. My advice would be to go along to the local club (most towns will have one) and ask enthusiasts what to buy. There's a good used market in the scene from people who have upgraded their cars.
To give you an example of how to waste money...I bought a nitro powered rc car a few years ago (my first foray into the hobby). I paid around £250 for it new. When I contacted the local club, they told me the size/style of car I had wasn't raced by any of the members.

No, probably one bigger than 1:32. Hence his comment

anyone got any pics to show how big the car is...ive tried the link above but won't allow me to access due to work restrictions.

a couple of pics showing next to various items would give me a clue how big this car is.

please...thanks

Doesn't look quite as good when it's in the box

Im pretty sure this is the same one I got my little nephew for last Xmas - if so, £8 is a bargain - I paid £12 and I thought that was a bargain. This car is FAST! My nephew is only 2 and a half so he likes us driving it and chasing it round the house!

Its quality. The steering is really good and far better than some other cheap remote control cars - far better than those James Bond ones for instance which are horrible steering compared to this one.

Thanks Ordered. One more Xmas pressie off the list!

still a quicker 0-60 than a ford KA.

No details on controls that I could see. A lot of the cheaper RC don't have reverse. Does this have the full range of forwards, backwards, left and right?

Those dimensions are the box not the car, unless the car is square (which it is not). dont know why this is so hot, the car is only 6" long (real enzo is 4,702 mm divide by 32 = 147mm) and will only last a few days at best

1:32 is not going to be any bigger than a regular coffee cup..

The symbol in the top left hand corner of the box ( pic posted by discowill) show forward, backward etc arrows so yes it appears to have a reverse

Vehicle length is about 14cm and batteries are not included. Needs 1 PP9 and 3 AAA’s
