That was a usual Lidl scam.
I have a relative who is manager in a Lidl store. They do that constantly, placing amazing offers and then only available in a bunch of stores.
Their logic is bring the customer to the store, then customer thinks "ohhhh I it's already sold", but since the're already there, they do you shopping.
Lidl is in decline since a while. No longer a good reward app, no longer cheaper (Aldi is now cheaper in most of the items that are in fact the same item from the same manufacturer, etc)

Compared with £4.25 for 24 at Morrisons, works out at £5.31 for 30.

You’re 100% right, I went in and they said they didn’t have any in stock as the delivery had turned up? So couple of days later, went back in again and still the delivery for what I did there. Is there a Ferrero rocher which are not half price so chances are people will buy that instead?
cold, i buy kinder bueno. Tastes the same to me. Joke, i don't eat much chocolate so use these to give to family/friends when i cant think of what to buy.- Morrisons had these on offer for £4.25p... for 24, I got 4x lots of them. (edited)
