Great price for a handy little tool.

Unfortunately, these type of Aldi clearance deals are the new version of the Tesco wild goose chase that used to be posted on here all the time.

Damn that's cheap!
Which store?
The new Aldi in Maylands in Hemel Hempstead... about 10 left.... not sure if it’s the same at other stores as online it’s still showing £19.99
Rang customer service and they said it was likely down to that one store's manager wanting to clear remaining stock, but i'm going to head off to my nearest one that apparently has 16 left in stock just to see.

Not expecting anything but with that amount left, at least there might be at least one left before i get there
I was tempted to buy a few and sell on... but if no one wants them but excessive to have 5 multitools one the garage
Dirt cheap

Depends how much you’d want to make I suppose. You could probably get an easy tenner for each so it would be £34 quid profit on five.

You might struggle to get more than that though.

If they’re that price when I get to my local then I’m buying five for sure

Excessive? maybe (although everyone needs a multitool, easy gifts?)

Expensive ? Not at this price
That's a brilliant price

It's worth it for the blade etc at that price so try and sell them and if they don't sell you have great presents for freinds and family or spare blades s plenty nice score!

I've had s few great Lidl or Aldi discounts but that one trump's the lot ...congrats
I got there and picked up a few, then everyone realised and it looked like the reduced section of Tesco’s at 7 o’clock!! They all went within 20 seconds!
Jimmy did you go to Maylands Aldi? Or your local?
None in the Romford store, even though the customer service man said they had 16.

Almost certainly a single store clearance that is now apparently OOS so I’m voting to ezpire

Marylands so may have stock elsewhere. 3 year warranty as well. Been one of my best buys in a while!!
Also, to point out the obvious elephant in the room ..

The picture shows these were reduced from £6.99 and NOT £19.99 so I think it further proves it’s a single store clearsnce
Hertfordshire hahahahhahahaha
Can I have 10 please! No stock in 3 local stores
none left in Maylands
Seems like jimmy bought them all!
Picked one up recently for £8 and thought that was a decent price, no brainer IF you can find one for £3!
I'll happily pay for one at a higher price if anyone got any spare. They're good for the messy jobs and saves ruining my dewalt

Me too, only just finding out their value now after hours of painful effort

Doesn't prove anything other than it had been reduced before ...

Lidl and Aldi both have good discounting policies but they're at the managers discretion

That said they will in general have similar stocks of each item to a point...clearly there are going go be stores where diy flies off the shelves and others where it stagnates a bit, luckily for us...
You just have to appreciate That these Aldi etc deals are allways based on old stock from their previous bi-weekly stock rotations on the "middle of Lidl" {sic} items.

Aldi seem to have a 20% drop them 50% again and again where as I know Lidl staff can take a 3rd off if it's over 3 weeks old I think it is...

Obviously if the next promotion is going to be a big seller they want the shelf area back so are prepared to drop more to get rid..

This one was a blinder.... But certainly Not "definitely" just the one store, as they have the same guidelines even if it it managers descretion

Nothings ever reduced that's worth buying, in any of our local aldis. I regularly go to 3/4 and nothing like this is ever on offer
Buy cheap..... Buy twice. No problem here!!!!!
@dreamt12 seems like I came up agains a good one... I don’t go often but this caught my eye
Just what I need. Bargain.
Actually decent German made quality, if I could have carried more than 10 then I would have bought more. £30 quid later and I’ll never need another multi tool in my life!!

Nah actually bought them to stash away for gifts. So many green eyed monsters here, the one time I am 5 minutes away from a deal and I bough 6 (which has never happened, ever) and you get a bunch of babies who missed out.........waaahhhhhhh!!!!
Sounds like I should never have posted the offer 😔

No you did good, thanks for the heads up and I’m sure the other 6 people that joined in the free for all would have said the same, there’s always someone that has to ruin your fun........ bunch of babies!!!! 🤛

This^^^^^ Bargains are bargains! Isn't that what hotdeals is all about? You get the moaners everywhere today. Sad.
I doubt there will be any in our store but you can never tell. Sometimes stuff is reduced stupidly, as said, manager's discretion in Aldi's and Lidl's. My usual policy is not to buy loads unless I can shift them, better buy 2, flog one at min. double price, and makes mine 'free'! Have some HEAT!

I say “good luck” to everyone that grabs a bargain and “stop crying” to those that wished it were them.

No BS the last time I went on a wild goose chase, I eventually found two of that item left, I left one even though I could have sold it for £30 (it was a fiver). I personally find the whole grab culture depressing and don't want to be part of it.

Not really, a different blade in each multitool, one or two reserved for sanding jobs, no more messing around swapping blades.
