Great price! Should really only use these for a full renovation type job - overkill for just the odd pipe/cable run and messier than a grinder!

Agreed. I normally just use my grinder.
About 5 years ago my electricians used a cordless one for my full rewire but as said, unless you need it for trade
it wont get used much , is very dusty and there are other tools like grinders that will do a similar job with a little preparation.

I would disagree.

This has a built in dust extractor port where you can connect a vacuum onto it... Making it much cleaner than a grinder as the debris comes straight out of the machine.
