beware. These fall apart. sold ours after 4700 miles.

Very hot!

Nice find

Amazing deal for a pretty tasty looking car.
At this price buying new or even second hand is a hard argument to make considering no MOT, no tyre replacement (which would be unlikely) and no breakdown or repair costs given the warranty.
I've always bough second hand cars and find the annual depreciation, repair and wear costs to be more than the yearly cost of this.
Scorchio.

interesting

indeed

Has anyone leased a car with this company before? I'm considering it.

Will be deal of the day this time tomorrow unless Rakuten release a 20% new code

The lease is likely to be via Fiat Finance. You don't lease with the broker. All they do is pass on your details to the finance company, after which they get a commision.

In a fair world this would be 1000+ hot. Amazing deal OP, heated naturally.

Good deal ! been looking for a good rental may go for this

Well my vote pushed it into hot, hopefully.

Shame they couldn't squeeze in a third seat in the rear as would have been all over this.

What did you expect? It's an Italian car.

Does it come with fuel?

Don't get your comment on how mechanical? skills have any bearing on this thread.
Some people would rather be in work rather than fixing their car on a roadside, and regardless of this fact I can't see you fairing too good when your DMF explodes, your DPF blocks, your injectors cook or your fuel pump wears out (most of which will set you back hundreds in parts alone And are a common theme on cars built in the last 10 years).
BTW I have built my own kit car in case your comment was a jibe at me.

**Update, fiat may now have fixed this problem**

Seems like the engine is not fit for normal driving in areas where there are reasonable+ hills ; just imagine giving a lift to 3 people...

A recall has fixed this. Fiat was very slow to fix this, it took 2 weeks of being on watchdog before fiat would admit there was a problem.

The list of the car will probably be £13k+. Friend got a 500S when they first came out just about 2 years ago, would have been £12k, but his dad works for Fiat so got it for £10k in their scheme. No way could he get 7k for it now, that's about what you would be offered after a year trade in wise, so this deal is amazing. If you bought one now, after two years it would drop even more due to new model out next year.

The Fiat/Watchdog saga was for the Fiat 1.2 engine without ESP. This car has the 1.2 engine with ESP so it's not a problem.

Besides, Fiat eventually did a software upgrade on cars that were affected to solve the old problem.

Add to that no road tax cost for 2 years and free breakdown cover for 2 years with this deal. Also no hassle of selling the car on.

does anyone know how this works with insurance? do you just make a "normal" application? this would suit my 21 yr old daughter perfectly.. depending on the insurance angle!

Yes, normal details for quote. Only difference is registered keeper which you'd put the leasing company down as.

No claims bonus, main driver, additional drivers etc. all remain the same.

]Buying the car new you get a year of breakdown free and when I picked up my mate while it was being serviced I'm sure it said on a pamphlet another free year of breakdowns with our service.

vw up tech blue motion with the same company also looks like a good deal

And road tax is free the first year and £30 the next I think, so hardly much of a saving there. Car looks great with the additional black roof/spoiler. Car is nice and light so 1.2 engine does the job just fine.

If you fancy driving a new well specced 500 then this is a class deal. If you don't like the car then it's not for you.

Silly price. Very cheap!

Here's one on AT for £7,500. Exact same model as this lease deal - 2 years old with 16,000 miles on the clock.

Previous owner would have likely got £5,500 for it (or thereabouts) so they would have lost £5,500 in depreciation costs alone.

Shame they didn't wait for this deal.

Surely your first 3 faults could have been dealt with under warranty?

All cars are prone to stone chips. I find maintaining a good and safe distance in front of the driver minimises stone chips.

I want to buy this for the gf but i'm worried about the interior being blue!? Does anyone know if you can choose? Thanks.
