They have spent loads on the place and it looks really nice from outside and it's all you can eat for two hours.

They also have a competition on Facebook if you like them, you win a meal for two with drinks.

Thanks OP- see you there

wish I lived near by

I might go just to see how the poor eat...

The first handful of people will likely be eaten by the enormous guy behind them, in his rush for the door.:)

Sound horrendous, is it that bad?

Nah, the fat guys will be in the front of the queue & they'll clear the buffet before 100 people have even got in through the door.

Puzzled with the cold votes. It's a meal for 99p in a new restaurant, a saving of £14!
Has 19 chefs, cost £1million to kit out and gives people a great chance to try styles of food they may not have tried before.

Thanks OP.

I wont benefit from this, but still a fantastic find.

Who are the idiots voting cold on all you can eat for 99p?

Then on to WS1 after.

Damnit, may have to give it a try

The problem with any place that serves food from lots of different styles is that they won't do any 1 really well - it will all be below par generic food for Iceland customers! We have gotten much better with food and cooking in this country and this seems a step backwards! Like the Prawn Toast and Chicken Tikka Masala in most buffets - COLD!

Illogical reason for voting cold.

I honestly can see it being that busy that you won't get in, still very hot

Will give it a try..... I will pile my plate so high the will be snow on the top! cheers OP

As a Thai resident, I can tell you that getting an opportunity to taste the best food on the planet for such a low price is a must. My only concern would be how close it will be to the real McCoy, but for 99p? It's a no brainer.

All you can eat below par, generic food for 99p is still a pretty hot deal.

Not enough to feed a troll anyway

Sounds fairly similar to a chain I used to go to on occasion when we lived in coventry... it was called Taybarns and was an all you can eat crap-hole buffet with carvery, indian, chinese, italian, salads, loads of desserts etc. The food wasn't the greatest, but it was cheap, edible and you could eat until you were about to burst! I'm underweight and would always leave looking rather pregnant, lots of people unbuttoning jeans...the least classy place I've ever been in BUT sometimes you just want to gorge and forget you are human

So yeah, for 99p I'd certainly try it if I lived nearby!

think ill stick to jimmy spices thanks,

I think people are being a tad unfair. I've been to Red Hot Buffet a few times and I've always found the quality of the food ok, certainly not Iceland food. I think this is a great deal for those local to it, can't see them making crap food, they're a new resturant opening and will want to impress. The biggest pain will be the queues and the crowds which may in fact prevent you from having your fill!!!

I've lived in Walsall for 16 years, and I've only ever been out in the town centre once.
It really is that good. X)

This restaurant seats 300. None of the Jimmy Spices can seat that much, but the food is lovely.
Hopefully the food here will be just as good.

Jack of all, master of none springs to mind

Think Jimmy Spices is rank tbf, this will be just the same.

Thanks, but no thanks, no doubt the people of Walsall will lap this stuff up anyway.

Walsall nightlife is getting better over time, the Courthouse has come along nicely and there's a new £1.5 million club opening up in the centre.

Don't forget to like it on Facebook too for the chance to win a free meal.

This is far worse than the Morrison's "offer" the other month!

I fancy giving this a try but if its to busy ill just stick with Cosmo's

Might try this place out. All you can eat buffet's are very hit and miss. Cosmos was not great The best one i've been to is the Jimmy Spices in Sutton Coldfield.

Nothing like a good buffet

Anyone who eats in a buffet restaurant is a greedy p1key
