No wonder this deal is cold. I experienced nothing but terrible service and will not be using Sainsbury's again. Their system is a complete joke. It allowed me to add the game to checkout and order to store, yet unlike Tesco charged me £4 for a "click and collect" service and gave me a one hour window in which to collect it in two days. I drove to the store went to the click and collect point, gave details and the guy came back saying their was nothing there in my name. Quite peeved that I'd driven a 16 mile round trip to collect it as it was to be a birthday gift, I left the store and drove to work. I rang customer service to find out what had happened, hoping I may be able to collect the next day (Saturday) as I was passing through the area, only to be informed that they were out of stock so the order had been cancelled, yet no one had bothered to let me know. I was pretty annoyed at this stage and they offered me a £20 voucher by way of apology. So thinking I may have better luck getting a home delivery I tried again, once again it let me add FIFA 17 to my shopping basket, but told me home delivery is £7. I thought OK well I have the voucher so it's not really an issue and I can still get this game before the Tuesday (my child's birthday) Then it said for home delivery I needed to make the order up to £25+ to qualify so I added a few items of shopping. Order was placed and confirmed, the next morning I get an email just stating that my order had been cancelled. A delivery guy turns up with the few bits of shopping, minus the game because once again "it wasn't in stock" costing £21.50 (£7 a delivery fee) my parents signed for it and the driver said. Yeah we didn't have the game but because he had a voucher he's only been charged £1.50 - like I should be grateful. Absolute joke of a system. RANT OVER!!!!!
