Physical sales of Fifa are down considerably this year.

I expect Battlefield V will follow the same path, judging by my own experiences of the beta (and the feedback from those on my PSN friends list who played it).

Personally I expect both games to get slashed in price at retailers far sooner than normal.

Serves EA right in my opinion, it would appear they are finally reaping what they've sowed... personally I won't be buying either game.

Agreed. EA are greedy & only seem to care about making money off FUT. They seem to have suffered a huge backlash this year especially on the forums/twitter etc. I returned my copy & holding out for Fifa 20 when hopefully they make improvements to the career mode.

Anyway views on the game aside, some people will find this useful & it’s a good price in the current market.

Thanks OP.
Good price atm, personally not bought and waiting for Black Friday to get a console deal. Heat added.
Hoping Sainsburys might drop it from £49 so I can use the Nectar double-up points to get it. Double up ends on Nov 18th though.

£51.99 in the stores by me! I’m not using £25 worth of nectar on it either. Last year they ran a Black Friday offer on it straight after double up, can’t remenber if it was £35 or £38
This year: the same.
Last year: the same.
The year before: the same.
Next year: the same.
Fifa just can't get away with it no more., minimal changes every year, sales are down big time and even at this price its still to much for the game.
Best price would be around 30 quid for this game.
Not worth anymore than that just because of the laziness gone into this
Terrible game. Should be half the price

Can't believe I'm saying this, but I think COD is actually leading the way for multiplayer games this year. Blackout is a lot of fun and there's enough content, both in terms of specialist uniqueness and free maps, to satisfy most players on multiplayer and zombies as well. Add to that the impending release of fan-favourite Nuketown for free and you've got a pretty solid entertainment package; one that certainly hasn't suffered from the lack of a campaign.

Meanwhile FIFA has released a game that is identical to the last in almost every way. Last year we at least got squad battles. This year all we got was downgraded animations and more special cards for the Champions League and Europa League. No surprise they're struggling to shift copies if even people like myself, a hardcore FIFA fan over the years, cannot be bothered to buy the latest iteration of their football franchise.
Another Xmas Pressy Down 😁 Cheers Buddy

Really not impressed with multiplayer this time around, Blackout is fun but in my experience very short lived and i've never been a fan of Zombies
