Bit silly people voting this cold. These older FIFAs on Switch are still pricey to get hold of mainly because - presumably - they're the same game as the newer versions, so this is a superb price regardless of your opinion on these legacy editions compared to the real deal versions. (edited)

Bought it. It’s great. You can also buy ‘23 if it matters to you for £10 via a promo within the game. (Digital version)

Under £17 for the '23 digital version sounds like a good deal for those who might be being pestered.

Thabks. It is the same game as the most recent as they dont upsate gameplay on switch so if you dont own fifa on switch might as well at this price

Yeah, I can vouch that this is the exact same game as 23 except for the updated squads and kits. If you're willing to spend about 90 mins looking at the recent transfers and just swapping the players over yourself, you won't be missing anything. You can even add players if you wanted to. Despite having FIFA 23 on PS5, I actually still really enjoy it on the Switch. It's more bare bones, that's true. But I'm okay with that.

brilliant. tried it tonight and it booted directly in english language/text/audio!! it did ask me to sign in to EA to update teams players list etc but didnt have time to do that. bargain!! (edited)

Blows my mind that trash eShop games that have fake reductions get voted into the stratosphere all the time, then deals like this which are genuinely deep reductions for physical games get blown out of the water.

I'll never properly understand this site.

Yeh, I've noticed crappy "free" games that get put on promotion to artificially put them on top of the bestselling games chart on the Eshop for when they take it off free. Either people don't understand it or they see free and think they're getting something for it when it's just some crappy shovelware

This is a great deal. Bought.

My nine-year-old nephew went one up on me on Switch FIFA 23 over Christmas, but when he started gloating, the muscle memory kicked in and I buried him 5-1.

I'm only getting this just to learn everything so I can let him choose Liverpool while I utterly destroy him with Newport County

There only give you a few quid for a FIFA English version anyway, FIFA games drop badly when the next one comes out, give it away as a birthday/Xmas present in the future

Ironically the single player campaign is probably better than the Xbox / PS5 mess
