So, if you loved streets of rage when you were younger, you'll love this game. It was made by one guy and the music by another guy. The fighting mechanics are deeper than SoR allowing you to do all sorts of combos. Each stage has several branching paths and there are quite a few endings. The story is quite dark - interesting and well written. There are loads of references to games like street fighter 2. There is a training mode to help you to get to know each of the three selectable characters' styles as well as a challenge mode for those of you who are generally good at fighting games. And if that wasn't enough, there are a myriad of thing to unlock ranging from different skins for each of the characters and other modes. Oh, and it has couch coop up to 3 players!

In case it wasn't obvious enough, I really recommend this game to anyone who enjoyed beat 'em ups in the good old days.

Technically no. However, you can play online coop on steam by doing their screen sharing thingy. I've tried it with a friend and it worked well.
13 quid for a SoR clone, sounds expensive?
