I think this is the first time that this has been on sale. Very highly anticipated Android port although the RRP is slightly horrendous.

See the help page for how to trigger the special match while using the "MAX Stats" option.

Depending on the terrain and timing of the action, the buggy, submarines, airships, and other modes of transportation may cease to move when the player embarks or disembarks. Currently, the only fix is to restart the game from a data file saved before the bug occurred. We recommend saving frequently and/or utilizing multiple save files. This bug occurs most often when players embark or disembark while extremely close to the terrain, as well as during time-sensitive activities for events.

Please note that the game will not save automatically when escaping from a battle on the world map, even if the Auto Save function is set to the ON setting.

No offence but with attitudes like that it really isn't surprising that 99.5% of smartphone games are crap.

They are crap because they bring nothing new apart from complete shovelware.

Charging £10 (which usually costs more) for a 19 year old game which has been released other platforms during that time for cheaper is SquareEnix being stupid and greedy.

This is why I am doing mobile game development on the side. So watch this space

Loved this back in the day. How does this port run on a mobile as I've heard it's quite buggy?

Yeah not worth £9.99

As I said in the general deal I posted(more than just Final Fantasy VII is on sale), I don't think VII is specifically worth getting on mobile unless you're dying to play it. The port was pretty meh. It basically has the same control scheme that you'd get if you just emulated the game on mobile.

It also doesn't work off microsd card unless they fixed it since launch. I refunded it.

Love Final Fantasy VII. I'm a sucker for anything Final Fantasy VII. But even I balk at the idea of paying £9.99 for yet another port!

I bought it on ps1 £50 ... i bought it on pc £15 ... i will not buy it on android fcuk em.

Wow I'm quite surprised people are balking at the price, so far the games I've paid a decent sum for have been the best. Such as XCOM:Enemy Within, Crashlands, The Banner Saga and This War of Mine.

Did it really cost £50 back in 1997? I'm thinking it was £30 new at most.

Ok the price isn't fantastic but if you have Google survey rewards you should be racking up a fair few quid quickly meaning it would be cheaper to pay your own cash for as well

Could always buy ePSXe and digitally rip your PSX discs via PC and transfer to an SD card if you're serious about retro gaming on Android.
