I can see this one being quite valuable in the future!

However they're missing many tracks from the original OST on CD.
It is nice though, shame I don't have a turntable.

nah it won't be worth that much in the future, not a very high demand for things like this. Plus with it being a little expensive anyway will put a lot of people off. It will hover around this price and maybe even lower for used condition.

Also money is taken straight away

heated

nice just need a record player

That is so cool!

Eugh, picture discs.

good offer ,pity we are still waiting for the skyrim Elder scroll discs that we ordered and paid from them in February.

I'm a huge FF7 nut (see my avatar lol) but I can't decide whether or not to pre-order this. My fanboy-ism is saying DO IT, DO IT but it says 1200 copies in Europe. How many copies are being made total?

Were can I go to pre order this? I cant find it on the site you have provided, and I really want these!!

If you click on the "get deal" button near the top of the page, it should take you to store.eu.square-enix.com/eme…php . From there you can click on "Pre-order now" on the right hand side.

Is there a reason as to why I can't see the pre order button? And I live in the US do you think that is ok? Thank you for your help!

The link is for the european version of the square enix site (it has ".eu." in the URL). There is an American version of the site at store.na.square-enix.com/sto….0/ . You get FF minitures and audio CDs, although I can't see the vinyl on there.

I suggest you either contact square enix (though either the North American or EU version of the site), explaining the situation, or wait until it is released and head over to ebay.

Out of interest, how does someone from America end up on hot UK deals?

Talk about flogging a dead horse.

I think even though this could go up in value it is a very niche market, if you look at the rare collectable stuff on ebay based of FF, they all want funny money, but crucially no buyers or bids

Tempted to buy it and stick it up in the loft for 20 years

Seriously who buys this ****

The 1200 copys only applies to europe. how many will there be in Asia? (where all the serious fans are)

Waste of money, but I love Vinyl, Love FFVII and love the soundtrack, so ordered.

The Original toys go for around £60-£100 now and they were only about £30 on release.

I would be interested in this if it wasn't on picture disc, they always sound terrible.
Also a bit too expensive.

Would rather they just remade the bloomin game. AAAGGHHHHHHH!!!!!

This may be a daft question but I'm going to ask it - are these recordings exactly as you hear them in the game or are they re-reocrded by an orchestra or something like that? I loved the music in this game but can't see me listening to midi tracks as they were.

It's a good question - they have released an orchestral CD of the music for VII before, so it is not beyond possibility.

I'm surprised they didn't make a sequel. When you consider that XIII was nowhere near as well received yet it has two of them.

Then again, the way they shoehorned Sephiroth into Advent Children suggests they didn't know where to take the characters.

Crisis Core was an excellenet prequel. If they were to remake FFVII they'd be well served by incorporating a lot of the story from Crisis Core.

Potentially you! Why else would you be looking at this deal? (_;)

Greatest game soundtrack ever. Cid's Theme is the best!! Got it on CD mind, not gonna grab it on vinyl too!

dredg - if you are accessing the page from the UK (or probably the rest of Europe too), you should just be able to click on the "Get Deal" button near the top of this page and it will take you to the item. Alternatively, from the European SE site go to Merchandise->Music->Original soundtracks and it is listed there too. If you are from outside Europe then it may direct you to a different SE site which may not sell it.

Thank you. I am from Spain but the link didn't work for me. But following your advise worked (I was trying under the Music section instead of Merchandise). Thank you!

Why has someone expired this? It is still in stock on the link supplied in the deal, for the quoted price of £44.99.

How can I get a mod to un-expire?
