The Halloween displays were because bonfire night fell mid week this year.
Diwali was only a couple of weeks ago too, so shops would have been stocking them quite early this year.
Vote UKIBBLE if you disagree.
They should just ban firecrackers/bangers, the ones that just go 'fizzle!' are fine. Obviously if you have 5 dogs then there is a 99% chance you cause more annoyance to your neighbours all year round than you get yourself from fireworks.
Home displays every time for me.
I can guarantee that you are 100% wrong there! I have 5 rescued greyhounds who are very quiet, placid and sensitive dogs. I can be in the kitchen and will later find a card through the door to say someone has tried to deliver a parcel - I haven't heard them and my dogs don't bark. We put them in the van to take them over the fells to excercise them, so they are certainly not fouling the footpaths, they cause my neighbours absolutely no annoyance, in fact they comment they never hear them! Please get your facts right before making assumptions.
You stated incidentally that they were 100% wrong, which on the basis of the above statement is absolutely wrong!
Aww. Cancel Xmas too its way too inconvenient.
Unfortunatley you cannot refuse sale on the grounds of stupidity. (UKIP supporters would starve!)
As for the whole dogs issue - The sheer amount of owners I see when I'm out on my bike letting their dogs crap everywhere and not pick up is ridiculous...
Cue someone moaning about cyclists...:P
