First time poster :) Like Pizza, and stuffing Tesco?

Tesco have loads of special offers on currently, and they are REALLY bad setting limits (like 'Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, or Frozen only etc.)

In the Frozen Pizza section there is a deal, 3(specific) pizzas for £4 ... However the specifications are not very specific :-D (Tesco Pizza 310g-408g).

The oddety is simple, they also sell fresh (not frozen) pizzas, and many fit the same not very specifics, especially many of the Stone Baked and Pan Baked ones, that are normally £3 each, so 3 would normally cost £9, but with £1 off, each, 3 currently would only cost £6, but using their full encompassing 3 for £4 deal in the main pic we can do better :-D

More pics of extra pizzas, inadvertently added into the deal, shall be added into comments.

#TescoPayYourTaxes :-P

If enough #Heat happens on this thread, I'll share another where you can get £115 worth of goods from Tesco for only £1.50, by just following the limitations of another deal they have nationally

Heat for your secrets

This deal requires an argument with innocent staff about pizzas from a completely different section?
Have I got this right?

Don't try and hold us to ransom to get some heat, if you are going to post just post, if not leave it alone.

Only if you're argumentative. If you are, they may use thier right to remove you from their store.

It's nice to be nice, just as for a Produce Manager

I see this site as being loads of fun, and my teaser about another post (albeit serious) was an attempt at humour.

What an odd thread

We're dealing with a very odd company, it seemed to fit. Although, we admit there may have been a dose of nube excitement

My wife works on customer service at Tesco. This won't brighten her day. Cold from me.

Seriously , you would like us to pick 3 pizzas , completely unrelated to the frozen food deal, and when quite rightly they go through the tills at the price they are marked at on the shelf edge ask customer services for a refund? I couldn't pretend to be so dense, I'd never be able to show my face in tescos again oO

We have nothing against staff at Tesco, we all need to work somewhere.

Nor do we wish to cause any clouds in anyone's life. However, we don't think this small thread would surprise any staff there, especially from Customer Service nor Management.

The important part, that you incorrectly referred to as "unrelated to the frozen food deal", is that Tesco make offers so vague that there are frequent traps customers fall in to.

All Tesco need do is think about the wording of their offers. The offer is not a "frozen food deal". If it were, surely they'd need to set a limitation stating this?

Without this limitation, it is merely a promotion advertised in their shop, and can be treated as such ... Like it was an ad in their elevators.

Voted cold because...
A) Its a stupid 'none' deal
B) Your stupid ...'If this gets enough heat then I'll post another deal' remark which...
C) When you get called out for it you pretend 'was a joke'

... and yes, you are probably right, I dont have a sense of humour... but I dont think many other people got that joke either.

So on that teeny tiny yellow tag you would like them to fit in something like " offer relates only to tesco own brand frozen pizza 308g to 410g " . I would love to have heard the staff conversation that went on after you left customer services if you seriously tried to get a refund , unless of course you are disgruntled employee of tesco , which I feel is just as likely.

It is a very valid 'Deal'. If admin think it's not then can they please message us.

And to clarify, you (HUKD) refer to social reach as 'Heat'. We are only using your own terminology.

Our own term, we already used, is 'Social Reach'. You are a part to that reach. You read our post, you mark the post down, you comment on our post, and you've probably returned to read this reply ... That's all Social Reach ... It's a form of retention or repeat engagement ... So, we (maybe oddly) see this as a win. Maybe we souls have said "If lots of folk engage on this thread, we'll do a great big doozie of a thread"? Would that work better for you?

Because 'we', are not a royal 'we'. We are a group, several of us, so plurality is correct.

Nope. Just add the word Frozen, and any extra usage would not work.

Is this a Tesco advertisement? If not it is pretty bizarre.

Ah, so a whole group of disgruntled tesco staff, trying to get the good people of HUKD to stampede your customer services desks with this bizarre idea. Boy your managers must have really annoyed you all today

Having read the comments now, do you have to ask sale assistant for the offer? I presumed the deal was they go through the till at 3 for £4?

Well, that's two fold.

The many pizzas in the freezer chests should work first time. The other non frozen ones either need a till supervisor to clear it, or a trip to visit @redcantona wife, or her other associates in Customer Service for a refund after payment.

But if managers got involved, maybe they could fix this issue

No, he wants you to buy the fresh pizzas which are not in the deal then go to customer services and ask them to honour the frozen pizza deal.

Which if they did ( they won't) would mean they owed you double the difference too, so he doesn't even know his own deal.
