We use this as the seat in our second car. Serves us well.

Good price.

Heat!

Bought it for this price last year, good seat for a good price

Dont do it, bought this recently and although very comfy etc the buckles are a pain to link together and clip in, try then with a screaming toddler and you will wish you bought the britax.
Pretty sure i paid about £30 for this too from argos.
Oh and when a child is not in the seat it rattles like a guddun which is very annoying.

We had this a year ago! My experience was good. Bought it £35 I think and re-sold it £25 so pretty good value

Ok as a second car seat I have maxi cosi pearl and feels a lot more robust that this but it's in nans car and doesn't get a lot of use

We bought this at this price last year. Very good car seat. I agree the buckle fastening is a bit of a pain when your toddler isn't happy - but the majority of car seats have this sort of fastening. Never had this "rattling" when daughter isn't in. Good all rounder! The description misses out that this seat also reclines (a godsend when you have a tired little monster!)

We bought it £29.99 at Argos should be last year. It was a good price and the size is perfect even small car (My little one uncle's car is peugeot 206) It can use in forward and rear facing, recline is smooth and my little one always happy to sit in this carseat. Recommended.

Could do with a car seat that reclines as my current doesn't. was going to buy but seeing it has been cheaper in the past has put my off

Doesn't look suitable from birth, no way I would put my babies in a non reclined forward facing seat.

it does recline.

Similar to kiddiecares car seat which too is at £49.99

I would not recommend this car seat at all.

The description is very misleading - says suitable from birth to 4 years and forward and rear facing. What it does not state is that it is only rear facing to 9 kg which is very poor for an infant seat. Most infant seats will rear face til 11 or even 13kg, and with rear facing being safer then there are much better options than this seat.

heat, great find

Trying to decide between this and the Mothercare one, any opinions.

it does recline.

And it can be rear facing :-)

Bought this at this price 2 weeks ago for our 9month old. Wanted a seat that would last, but most importantly wanted one that reclines and this does. It is a seat that you have to learn the nack with straps and reclining, but once you do, it's fine. Solid car seat, just bought another for mother-in-law's car too!

Has your 9 month old outgrown their infant carrier, if not you would be best keeping them in that until fully outgrown before using this one.

Yep he's fully outgrown it, he's a tank! :-)

I have this, I think it is absolutely fine. I fitted it really tightly in the car and when the babies not in it doesn't rattle around at all. I loosen the straps completely when putting the baby in and out before I attach at the bottom so clipping in the fiddly part isn't fiddly. It reclines quite a bit, baby falls asleep, if you can get it at a good price, well done
