Ankle/wrist weights can add extra resistance to an aerobic routine or walking regime. Tone your arms and shoulders by wearing the weights on your wrists, or place the weights on your ankles to focus on your legs and abs. Wearing ankle/wrist weights during an aerobic workout or while walking gives you an additional way to tone up.

• Adjustable grip strip closure
• Padded for extra comfort
• One size fits most

Be careful. there is a promotion on for 2 for £10. If you put 2 of these in your basket the 2 for £10 overrides the sale price. , so you would need to order each one separately

Great, my son just asked me for these. Thanks for posting!

These make great buggy weights too, I have one on my Maclaren & it has carried quite some weight since without tipping!

Out of stock?

I have some of these thinking they would be great, they aren't.

Can you elaborate? What is wrong with them?

They can put your joints at serious risk, jogging/running with them on would be a terrible idea for example as they could ruin your ankles/knees.

Im a personal trainer and i would say dont bother buying these no matter what the price, the only people who would benefit from these would be OAPS trying to get active

Surely they'd have been pretty good for ab workouts?

they hardly weigh anything, so its the same as saying a can of beans would be good for an ab workout, too many gimmicks out there, abs can be trained world class by the body alone

the local court will give these out for free if you are under house arrest

haha, they're about 1kg each, which is a complete waste of time and money!
