Thanks been waiting for this- she wanted the purple which seems to be exclusive to Argos! Reserved
Is this worth getting for a nearly 9 year old. Don't want something she'll grow out of in a year.

Honestly the Mi band 4 is far superior and can be had for £25 or less. Plus the bands are cheap on eBay so can change colour.

This is a good price for this however.

Thinking about getting one for my 9yr old too but wondering whether to get the fitbit inspire instead (as same price) looks a bit more grown up.

I haven't looked at that one. I'll take a look.
Just seen that the ace can't be used on a fire kindle which is what I wanted really so she can see her progress.

I've heard this one recommended a few times I'm just undecided what to go for. Do they fit childrens wrists or would I need to buy a child's strap for it. Thanks
It would fit, although you can get smaller more colourful bands for a few pounds on eBay
Look into what device your going to use the Fitbit app on as the kids view is not available on the kindle fires

A year? Christ, that’d be an achievement for most
I was going to get my son (just turned 10) one of these for Xmas but I got the Inspire HR with Nest deal from Curry's instead for 74.99. Sold the Nest at cex for 24 so the Inspire HR ended up costing the same as the Ace. And I got 6 months Spotify from Curry's too. Dont know if that deal's still available, worth a look.

The only think that put me off the Ace is that it doesn't have heart rate monitor which I think my son would like i.e comparing his heart rate when he's doing Maths to when he's running around at playtime .

My friend's daughter (10) has the Ace and loves it. Heat OP.
