Fitbit charge Hr £90 @ Sainsburys

Found 8th May 2016
Sainsburys currently have Fitbit Charge HR on offer at £90.00 (down from £120.00). Have seen this at two Sainsburys in Essex area but not sure if it's National. Stocks on shelves seem limited so this may be to clear items, might be worth asking if they can order in for you if no stock locally to you. Only seen the black and burgundy / purple colours on the shelves in the two sizes this model comes in (large and small). Has been cheaper elsewhere previously but might be of interest if you are currently looking to buy.

The Charge HR gets a lot of cold votes on here by people who think it's just the normal Charge. Might explain the votes and the comments!
£89.99 at boots (using 10% off code) with £3.50ish advantage card points was the best price I found earlier today, so this is an ok price if you don't have a boots account.
good deal, cheaper than Amazon

Thanks good point. For anyone interested in this model, the Charge HR is the newer version of the Fitbit Charge and has two main differences to the Charge, which I suggest are worth considering. The Charge HR includes a heart rate monitor feature which the original Charge model does not have, although there is some debate over the accuracy of this. Also, and for me an important consideration, the Charge HR has a standard watch strap buckle type fastening compared to the press on type fastening on the Charge strap which I had less confidence in.
Might well be cheapest atm but has been cheaper in the past. that'll be why cold.

The flex is £50 at sainsburys- what does this do differently?

The charge and charge HR have a digital display so you can check your daily progress (steps, calories etc.) on the Fitbit itself. I presume the flex tracks the same stuff but doesn't have a display so you need to synchronise it with an iPad or a phone to get your latest data.
