My wife has been using it with Mate 20 Pro since Christmas without a single issue. I didn't have problems using it with P30 and P30 Pro. There is one single thing which needs to be changed in battery options and all works fine. Unfortunately people have no clue and write reviews. Absolutely great watch. Have some heat

I had three of these brick on me before I finally got a refund through my original retailer. Would absolutely stay away from these - software contains major bugs and Fitbit seem to be in denial, deleting any references to the bricked devices off their forums.
I drowned 2 of these and got my money back.

Very comfortable to wear though, before they died.
I was thinking one of these or the vivoactive 4. I'm inclined to go with the latter after reading reviews.
Fitbit is a mess of a company. They will replace your faulty items but they shouldn't be so unreliable. Mind you, the rubbish from AliExpress isn't any better. My advice is to wait for smart watch tech to improve in the next five years.
Thanks

I had a few syncing issues with my versa 2 for a while with my mate 20 pro but there's an app that fixes it for you on the play store
I've not had any problems since
