why is this cold, its cheaper than most places?
heat op
I waited n waited n waited for the release of this. waited so long I gave up in the end. Heat for the price though.
Good price. I paid £130 for this a few weeks ago. Heat added.
Why has anyone voted cold on this?!

Bargain!! I'm waiting till Friday but the cheapest I've seen this anywhere, with any discount is £142

Definite heat!
Looks like a good deal to me.
Great deal Heat Added OP,

I bought one a couple of weeks ago and have used it everyday,

Just a few things i've noticed - The bluetooth connection to my phone (Galaxy s5) can be a bit hit and miss to a point i had to uninstall the app and reinstall before it would sync despite working the previous few days,

Notifications were a headache to set up and can sometimes be delayed from the time your phone recieves them to the time your Surge will alert you.

The strap - even though it looks replaceable no where seems to sell them.

There is a decent Fitbit forum that should be able to provide any questions that you may have community.fitbit.com/t5/…rge
This is a great deal I've been tracking the price on this for a while and this is the lowest i've seen it!!
Just purchased. Thank you op. Hot
This is the best price i've seen!! Do I wait until Friday to see if a better offer comes along???? Decisions, decisions!

Just don't open it before Friday (although it's unlikely to be delivered by then anyway).
Excellent find - I've now ordered (looks like you get 35 days to return unopened though tbh I can't see this price being beaten by much)..
Not sure why anyone would vote cold it's £142 on Amazon (link) and sometimes even more expensive than this for a second hand version.

has anyone price matched this yet?

I've love to pick this up from Tesco at this price (with Clubcard boost)
tesco.com/dir…prd
currently £147.00

(I assume this is the same item?)
Looking at getting this as a present for someone for xmas, tempted at this price!

Torn between this one or getting the Fitbit Charge HR - anyone got any experience of the 2 and which would be better?

So you cannot return a product without being able to prove you bought it from them? Not sure that is problem. JL provide a link to your original receipt on their website. Otherwise of course you can return if faulty or totally unused.

Would imagine once you use it is registered to you, making it difficult for another purchaser to use it.

If it's unopened don't they have to accept the return by law (distance selling regulation)? perhaps they won't extend it to 35 days but I'd imagine they would have to accept a return if purchased online.
Bought this recently when it dropped to £130. This deal is a really good price. Impressed with the watch. Previously had a Garmin activity tracker which was returned due to constant data missing, not syncing etc. This fitbit syncs effortlessly with PC and Android phone. GPS and continious heart rate work well. Good spread of data collected. Battery life is not too bad with a few days normal use and quick recharge. Only down side is its a tad big and this can cause it to catch on shirt sleeve but I can live with that.
I've searched M&S website, can't see anything about not being able to return it? Surely the 14 day cooling off period applies anyway?
UK distance selling regulations are law. They will always apply, despite any small print. BUT you may have to pay return postage costa and return the purchase totally unopened, i.e. still sealed.
Cheers OP, I've bought one. I've been looking for a few weeks now. I'm unfit in a big way, let's see if I can pull miricle and not a muscle!!! Cheers
awesome price... now if only they had the new colours just released too.
