Just seen this in my local Costco (Leicester)

Got the 1st one which is great so can only assume the versa 2 is even better. Seems a good saving for those with a Costco membership. Plenty available in the black and rose colours.

Yes they have, mine doesn't scratch like my normal fitbit versa (I bought the new fitbit versa 2) as i had lost my normal fitbit versa... So now i'm actually just gonna return it to amazon as the only thing different really is alexa... but the screen they have is pretty good compared to the normal fitbit versa. (i'm returning the fitbit versa 2 as i found my old normal versa.

It’s the toughness of the glass I’m referring to. My wife had the versa for two months and the screen broke. They offered 25% off a new device because they don’t replace screens. I thought it was poor customer service tbf.
Is this national?

I've heard Fitbit can be fussy with regard to warranty (only allowing warranty for purchases from approved retailers), I believe Costco are on their approved list so that's another win on this deal.

I managed to get this for £159.99 & £40 odd in boots boints when they had the 20% off. I didn't post it as it wouldn't accept the code online so had to get the difference refunded on collection. Anyway, other than the glass being thicker and Alexa, there isn't a huge difference between the original and this one.

Fitbit were brilliant when my first versa stopped working (buttons were sticking). Bought from Amazon and Fitbit sent out a straight replacement. Had the versa for just under a year aswell. Told me not to send the broken one back so it's in a draw somewhere now.

Yep, Amazon are on their approved sellers list.

Seems expensive for something without GPS.
Was excited to upgrade to this from my Charge 2 - but wouldn’t recommend mainly Cos the battery is rubbish. Get like two days use...
I've had FOUR Versa's now. To be fair they (Fitbit) have been ok about replacing each one but it's still a massive pain to be making all the calls and sending pics of the problems and going thru their customer service rigmarole (can u try this, that and the other), not to mention the 3+weeks of being without each time.
Hopefully this last one stays the course!
The reviews don't seem great, three stars. Meant to be loads of disconnect issues. Anyone confirm if it's a reliable product
