Fitness First 1 month rolling contract from £19.95 + Induction from £9.95 one off

Just saw a banner in front of my local fitness first stating one month rolling contract for only £19.95. From what I can see on their website it is for full membership at one gym.

It's not for all fitness first gyms, as some seem to be more expensive and also an induction (Standard) costs anything from £9.95 to £19.95. Also a more expensive induction but if you go 20 times in 8 weeks you can get all of it back.

Doesn't look like it is actually that many for £19.95, I am going to take advantage hopefully it will help a few others.

Also £24.24 cashback from Top Cashback, so effectively a month free!

As this is going cold I won't bother going through all the gym's - anyone find more for £19.95 I will add later.

List of Gym's for £19.95: (I will add more later)

Included in the description but will add to main title.
Must be getting desperate now. This company is up to its eyes in debt. Body first was £24.95 or £39.95 in Cardiff! No wonder the budget gyms are doing so well
finally realising no one wants 12 month contracts and an expensive monthly pricing structure.. go figure

Yep I wouldn't sign up for 12 months but I will try this.
Crazy. £19.95 in Swindon. £51.95 in Bath.

some of the clubs wrote to members saying they are trying to renegotiate rents with landlords or they are selling the clubs! stockton members got their letter about three weeks ago! cheap price and not too busy during day etc.
Hi,
Please can you tell me how does the Top Cashback works? Many thanks

It looks like they are only doing 1 month contracts in Swindon, so could be because of what Graham said above. Still bet it will take a few months, so will get some in for cheap.

If you sign up to topcashback.com then clear all cookies or use a different browser. Log into topcashback, search for fitness first, follow the link and sign up. Think they pay up after about 3 months!

they are not legally enforceable thats why!
Lots (but not all) are closing down. I know definitely for one of the gyms on the £25.95 list - they own the building, they've got til Sept to get another gym to buy it, after that they will sell to any business. That's why a month at a time!
It's 9.95 induction fee for Glasgow

why so? i canceled my contract early with them as i lost my job and they didnt care.. they sent debt collection agency letters and kept telling me to pay...
Many thanks Keith43.
