This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

No idea how good these are, but seems like a decent price for two Type-C fast charging cables.

It's £1.36 per 1.2m cable, but if you add 2 to basket there's a coupon for 81p off £1.62+ spend. Just have to click the "Get Coupons" and "get" to apply the coupon.

Starting a deal with "No idea how good these are" is perhaps not an ideal …Starting a deal with "No idea how good these are" is perhaps not an ideal way to attract heat.

It's just being honest. Would you rather they say... these cables look amazing and hype them up? They're just posting a deal, not trying to sell you on it. You do your own research and look into it.

Although maybe you should reserve helpful hints on attracting heat until you've contributed a single deal yourself.

Heat!!
No mention of a resistor, not sure it's worth risking your expensive phone for this.

good price ... seem ok as spec .. my problem with Aliexpress is that most of those deals have no Paypal .. would I like to share my cards details with China? hmmm ..doubt it
Heat.... is what you'll experience as your house burns down thanks to these

I have an idea for you. Put a thin foil hat on your head and close yourself in a basement. I have made plenty of transactions with Aliexpress without any issues - including most recent one for over 400USD which arrived directly from China in less than a week.
For USB C cables get the Volutz ones from Amazon. I've have a 5 pack for 2 years now and they've had no issues and i normally break cables quite quick. They're thick, braided, they've not bottlenecked a quickcharge 4.0 charger. They're currently 30% off too with a voucher for the 3 pack making them £3 or so each.

I thought that was only for USB2 -> USB3 cables/adapters, to stop devices pulling 3 amps from a port designed to provide less?

USB Type-C standard specifically defines higher rates of charging that aren’t catered for in older Type-B or other connectors, cable manufacturers are supposed to use the CC connection and Rp resistor to ensure that devices don’t attempt to draw too much current from older chargers or devices that can’t support it.
communication for this standard is managed over separate USB D+ and D- data lines, rather than the CC line, and is usually handled by an on-device power management circuit. The 56k resistor is still required, as we know that the Type-C modes overwrite the USB BC standard.

LOL... people use Paypal with those Chinese companies/sellers for a reason ..
just look to ratings of products .. majority high scoring comparing to Amazon.. it smell something doggy.. just bcz u got lucky a couple of times , don't mean you know it all.. even captains here prefer to pay by Paypal.. have some clues ..and stop over reacting like is ur time of the month !!
I voted Hot though ..so chill down .. is a good deal .. but am not buying bcz I prefer Paypal for security reasons. get over it

It's just being unhelpful. 99.98% of the readers of your deal will never have heard of the brand and have no clue whether this is a good deal for an okay cable or whether they are wasting £1.91 and possibly risking their far more expensive equipment they are trying to charge with this cable.

Randomly finding cheap stuff and putting it on here is not helpful. Go and post deals about stuff you have a clue about. Please.

I gave a perfectly valid suggestion on how to improve deal creation and maximise heat for the poster of this deal. Yet, you accuse me of being unappreciative. I feel sorry for your view of the world and the anger you hold within yourself. I really do.

I think most people know at this price this is not going to be good.

A small saving on the cost of the cable. A massive loss on how long the device will last after using these things.

In the past few years the number of junk items posted on here as 'deals' has increased significan'tly.

It's madness to just look at the price and completely ignore quality.

It's not my deal. Again, contribute a SINGLE deal first then come tell us all about what's helpful. You've been here over 4 years and have contributed nothing. Yet you're telling people who contribute how it's done. It's like watching somebody stroll into a homeless shelter and tell the volunteers how they should work harder and improve, whilst never once lifting a finger.

Why do you feel you're in a position to offer advice on improving deal creation or maximising heat? You've never posted one

Honestly, people like you are the reason many just stop contributing. Why post deals for ungrateful nitpickers that only take and never give. It probably wouldn't irk me if you leeched quietly, but the fact you leech and then start telling contributing members how to contribute better? If you can't see how that's unappreciative, I honestly don't know what to tell you.

Maybe you need to post a few deals and have long-standing members who've never contributed nitpick your deals, then you'll understand why it's unappreciative after you take time out of your day to share and instead of even a thank you, you get criticism. Let's see how long you continue to contribute after facing this level of entitlement.

Based on what? If you've got evidence or some reviews, present them. Otherwise you're just offering conjecture. Many sellers on Amazon buy cables from China and with Amazon fees on top, the price has to triple before making a profit. Yet people think they're buying quality because they're paying 3 times as much from Amazon. No, you're buying the same product with Amazon's fees added on + the seller's profit margin. The product is exactly the same. You're simply cutting out some of the middlemen buying direct from China.

Also, I'm not saying these cables will be high quality either, as I don't know. It's just boring seeing this same comment on every thread put forward like it's a fact. The assumption that high cost = good quality and cheap = poor doesn't always work that way.

Even more boring seeing someone get on their high horse. People who can be bothered to do 5 mins research can find decent products at reasonable prices.

I don't buy cheap anymore. I buy quality. I regularly get quality products in sales and even if they still seem expensive, they are always better.

Not on a high horse, simply pointing out flawed logic. Xiaomi products tend to be cheap and high quality. I wonder how many people assumed they were junk the first time they appear on HUKD? You're just making an assumption that these cables are cheap and therefore low quality.

If you want to pay a premium for established brands, I wouldn't blame you. However, that's different from assuming a lesser known brand + cheap price = poor quality. Unless you have evidence.

It saddens me that you cannot comprehend my contribution to this website. Considering the flawed logic you present and the level of hurt and feel of lack of appreciation that oozes out of your response, it is not too surprising, though.
Got mine and can confirm they are junk, charge at a snails pace!
