Bargain! Heat added and order placed. Great for the theme park trips with the kids!
What's the chances of it being back before xmas?
We have these in Pink - ignore the range statements. Perhaps a big open field. . with the wind in the right direction.

I'd base it on 200-300M range in a normal place.

Don't get me wrong - for the money. . it's ok. Think we got ours off Amazon for about £18.
Ah good, I was worried I hadn't seen a Gearbest walkie talkie deal posted today.

It says they use frequencies 462 - 467MHz which isn't the licence free '446' frequencies that you'd buy in the UK so don't think these are usable without a licence.

I know most people don't care and don't believe OFCOM will come and find you but best to know these things.

These are the EU version and run on the standard licence free pmr frequencies, they work with other pmr radios from the likes of binatone.

Good to know thanks, the spec sheet said otherwise (unless I missed something which is entirely possible)
Will these work if communicating from 2 houses.. Roughly 500 metres apart
