Ryanair ... No thanks, not after last time .. heat for deal

Great, don't fly with them then. It'll keep the price of seats low for the rest of us!

I was sharing my opinion after being caught up in the Ryanair fiasco.

When you end up at an airport with no pilot, out of pocket and a holiday ruined you tend to get the hump with a certain airline.

But you enjoy those seats bud

Won't seem so cheap when you lose your hotel, car parking and transfer costs when the arrogant little man decides that he doesn't want to fly that route any more,.' as happend to us a few years ago when he just cancelled flight to Poland, because he could.... Funny how may 'offers' I have been bombarded with from Ryanair since the fiasco last year, seems a weekly 'bargain' to be had. Best bet go with Easyjet or for that matter anyone else.

Good price
Aalborg is a great place to visit

They had flights to Ibiza from Stansted 25th April for the same price return yesterday. Not sure if they are still that price.

Heat added. I've never had any problems with Ryan Air.
Aalborg hotels seem very expensive, but Airbnbs seem quite cheap in relation so might be worth having a look.

Also never had a problem with Ryanair.

Isn't the cost greater with Ryan air? One set of tickets with Ryan Air (cheap) but since they might cancel you need a contingency flight with another airline?
Gotta love Ryanair :-)

It's a one and a half hour flight. I'm sure you'll cope.
Just be aware you have to pay extra to take your cabin bags on the plane, and you also have to pay extra if you want to sit with the people you are travelling with - joke

It's about £4 to choose your seat

It's about £4 to choose your seat

I flew to Malta yesterday, lowest price seat was £10pp per journey - £40 for two to choose seats
Whilst I would never personally want to fly with Ryanair on anything more than a 30 min city hop, this is indeed a good price and a good deal if you want to visit denmark. The next cheapest with a "proper" airline (rather than a budget like ryanair/easyjet) is SAS at nearly £300.

Have some heat OP

I need to fly to Helsinki sometime before August preferably, ideally from Manchester. I can't seem to find any bargain deals, I would be willing to get a connecting flight at another airport if necessary. Thanks in advance.

Why do you think it's a joke? That's how the airline makes money. Do you expect them to pay for you to fly abroad?

You do realise that Ryan Air's seating algorithm deliberately moves people who checked in at the same time further away from each other. Thus compared to other airlines you have to pay far more times for seat allocation.

Also surely nearly everyone takes a bag in the cabin? so why charge for it?

Because it's how they make money. Why do you think they're able to charge £11.98 for a return flight? Their business model is designed around cheap flights and charging for everything you can. And you can bet some people won't be taking hand luggage if they have to pay for it.
