5-Star Airline Cathay Pacific is having a promotion for flights from London to several destinations in Asia (eg. Bangkok, Hanoi, Seoul) for only £479, Australia £719 & up or Auckland (New Zealand) for £849 - round trip incl. taxes.

I've found the cheapest fares for travel between late October 2013 and the beginning of December 2013.

All flights have layover in Hong Kong.

Good price, But those seats on CX long haul flights are awful, and unlikely u will earn any airline miles with these CX discount ticket.

Hi:

I'm struggling to get any to work from uk to New Zealand, can you advise which airports as the website is saying all paths invalid.

I'm planning to go there for Xmas and the flights have been £2000 so far so this could save me a fortune

The seats on Cathy to NZ are a fairly standard size for a five star airline, 32" Pitch 18" Width. It's pretty hard to find bigger in economy class, Virgin BA Air France all run with smaller seat sizes on most of their longhaul routes, if they're too small for you stop being tight and upgrade to Business

are their cancellation conditions and charges for real? in order to be able to cancel for a hefty £200 you need to book on Economy special which is nearly double the cost of the cheapest ticket.....

forget the cancellation/amendment charges. I haven't flown with CX from London for over 5years. Reason being is their luggage allowance. 20kgs is the standard issue across the airlines nowadays but with CX you cant pay extra to buy another bag!

Most airlines charge around £40 for an extra 20kg bag to HK. CX do not offer this and if you go over, you pay overweight per kilo. if you lucky they'll charge you £15 per kg......

Link is dead.

From £829 now!

I did not get this type of fare. I seem that your fare not good for Sydney flights.
