Not sure what the point of the electrolytic scale 'inhibitor' is, would be nice to see a cheap package with a combimate or similar, very good deal though

May not pass regs
Is it 4k ?
Do I need planning permission for this ?
No band 20. Cold
On a more serious note - this product is cheaper than competitors, however of a poorer quality design. Please see video on screwfix. Personally would get a brand that's more reliable as you may need to change it in the future
No RS232 Port, cold.
Will this still be needed post-Brexit?
Good price for all these bits....But does anybody really think a magnetic "scale inhibitor" really does anything. Its been bothering me for years and I've never seen a scientific test to prove they work.... Happy to be corrected of course...no anecdotes please.

I'd say they do little, been doing some recent plumbing on the house, dug all the sprays and sponges out of the cupboard to turn off the water to find one of these sat there looking sorry for itself, prolly been on since new as this is a hard water area, but like I say.... not doing much, reason for plumbing, all the taps were furred up...

I've read some of the pseudo-scientific manufacturer's explanations of how they claim to work, but they seem to be Homeopathy for plumbing to me The powered ones they used to sell where you wind a few turns of copper wire around the pipe seemed particularly unconvincing.
