Cordless pruning saw. This is basically a reciprocating saw at an awesome price. I have a milwaukee version of this and it was well over £150. It has a 3 year guarantee so even if it does pack up you won't lose your £29.99.

This is the milwaukee saw I have. As you can see it looks pretty similar.

Bought one of these a lot cheaper previously.
It's ok but does just shake branches sometimes.
It's handy if you are working on a ladder.
Where did you buy it cheaper? Did it have 3 year warranty?

Irishman went into a DIY store and said 'I have to chop down a hundred trees this weekend, what can you recommend'. They sold him a chainsaw. On the Monday he brought it back and said 'I only managed to cut down 50 trees, this isn't very good'. The sales assistant, to test the chainsaw, turned it on. The Irishman jumped back and shouted 'WHAT THE HELL IS THAT NOISE!'

I like how you think because they look similar that makes then as good as each other, so milwaukee, one of the best manufacturers of power tools compared to something from lidl's that I've never heard of before, thats like comparing a scoda to a porsche, well they both have 4 wheels and an engine so they must be the same, think I might give this a miss

I agree it is probably not the same quality as the milwaukee, but for £29.99 with 3 year warranty I thought it might suit someone looking for a cheap alternative to a well known brand. if its breaks it's covered by a THREE YEAR WARRANTY so you won't even lose your £29.99p
Out of interest this made by Einhell which is a Bosch sub Brand. Yes, they are engineered to price but mine is really very good all things considered. I paid £25 for mine last year and it would be churlish to complain. I've also got its Bosch Professional 18v equivalent and for everyday use they stack up quite well.
I have one and it's well made and tough, I even cut down a small 10" wide tree, probably made in china but isn't everything. it's taken everything I have thrown at it and it still looks like new, and it comes with a branch holder, charger a 10.8v Li-on battery and a blade.
