Im heading to Florida in September and have found some top notch deals on theme park tickets. These are the best deals I have found since I started looking in May -

Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (inc access to CityWalk) 2 park UNLIMITED 7 day admission. 20% off at viator.com - £64.62

Seaworld, Aquatica and Busch Gardens 14 days UNLIMITED admission 3 for 2 deal at travelrepublic.co.uk - £64.00

Thats a saving of £48 per person!

Anyone planning a trip to Florida should ride the Sheikra at Busch Gardens, its awesome!

Im going in under 3 weeks and cant wait

This is a good deal but if you are a COSTCO member you can pick up the two park US/IOA tickets in Orlando for $89.99 including taxes. This is way cheaper than Viator and also is valid for 3 months not 7 days.

Go take a look on the Dibb and you will find more about it.

Only 10 weeks until we go!!!!

PS The £64.00 for the 3 park is a cracking deal. I got mine from Attraction Tickets Direct for £69.00 which I thought was a good deal for REAL tickets including postage.

iv been to florida a few times but iv never been in september as i usually go in june/july. from what i have heard it is one of the best months to go as the weather is still great whilst the parks are a lot quieter. im a bit of a thrill seeker so im just counting down the days now!

we're off in Nov so hopefully there will be ZERO kiddies yay!! tho they're pretty efficient in the US at queue managing.. still countin the minutes =)

Been 3 times now, Early Nov, Early Dec and Early Feb, all were fine with very little queues but the Early Dec was the quietest with no queue more than a couple of mins in all parks. Weather on all 3 visits was still good enough for water parks on some of the days.

thanks for the info, heading out in mid October and been holding out for a good deal on park tickets.

I have not experienced florida yet what can i expect, is Alton towers better than Islands of adventure or the same. Good or less value for money.

We were there last year in november, if you are there the week of thanks giving, expect it to be mega busy, with ALL queues over an hour long!!!

we r going back in october, can't wait!!:-D

We are going next october 2010 is there a expire date on them .

Islands of Adventure is 100 times better. Much better value for money too.

Went to Florida a couple of months ago. I agree about Sheikra at Busch Gardens. Amazing ride.

If you like roller coasters, the top 3 for me were....

1) Manta - SeaWorld
2) Sheikra - Busch Gardens
3) Duelling Dragons - Islands of Adventure

The new 'Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit' @ Universal Studios, looks very good. It's scheduled to open sometime this summer!

I'm sure this is amazing value. Wouldn't want to spend my holiday queueing though if it's anything like Alton Towers!

p.s. Heat added just for the heads up that these tickets are available.

Great prices.

Went to Florida for the first time in September 2007, and then again at the same time last year.
It is brilliant at that time, less kids, so that me and OH could be big kids and less queues.
Also the weather was great and the overall holiday was cheaper too.
Sheikra at Busch Gardens is awesome (I went on it 4 times in a row - OH gave up after 2).

We fly out on the 31st of August for 10 days.

Went last year in June. Didn't think it was that busy. It didn't rain for the first week! Going back in 5 years...hehe

Depending on the exchange rate universal themselves on their website are doing the 7 day 2 park tickets for $99. They also give discount vouchers worth $150 with this. Their ticket is valid for this year and next. However I have no idea of what exchange rate would apply

For those of you planning for after Spring 2010, theme park tickets don't expire- they activate on first use, so this would be a great deal considering that the new 'Wizarding world of Harry Potter' at Universal Isands of Adventure is scheduled to be open then.

shame you cant buy with a longer life like they used to.

voted hot by the way

Just for anyone who doesnt know, ignore the INC ACCESS TO CITY WALK part as this is free anyway and if you go there, the NASCAR cafe is well worth visiting! The steak and rib combo is soo nice!

We're going in 9 days! We only plan to visit Universal one day and Seaworld one day so this is a tad expensive for what we want to do.

But great deal if you're visiting all of these places, particularly more than once.

I think buying direct from universal website is cheaper though at the current exc rate (although the prices on there DON'T include tax - which is about 7.5%)

Useful to note that the $99 mentioned in the post above DOES NOT include tax, which is about 7.5%, so the true price is about $107

The exchange rate would be whatever your credit card company gives you. So if you have a good card for spending abroad, like the Post Office one, you would probably get close to the $1.66 to £1 rate, maybe 1.64. If you have almost any other card, they hide the foreign charges in the rate they give you, so you probably get about $1.59.

I bought an express pass for Universal a few weeks ago, i got a 1.63 rate (I don't have a great card!)

we went in june and enjoyed so much we are going again in dec over christmas, my 2 disabled boys loved it as they bent over backwards to look after them and another plus side we didnt have to que up only downside it was too hot it was 105 first day we got there so if youve got young kids avoid june/july

does any body know where cheapest place to get 2 week ultimate passes for disney for when we go back or any combo so we can fit in with going to universal, seaworld and just having a seven day pass for disney

This is a great deal - heat added

Although a tad more expensive probably around £5 I think, but I haven't checked I'm including the same parks, we got all our tickets 9orlando Flexi Ticket & 5 Park Disney pass) from the below link, there are 16 of us going in November and can't fault this company for service. They are US based but have a Uk pohne number if you want to talk to them, we ordered tickets for Adults & kids on a Sunday and they were delivered from the US via UPS on the Wednesday. you can choose actual tickets or emailed tickets but we thought with 16 of us we'd end up taking a ream of paper if we had them emailed.

off to Melbourne Florida in November, i would take advantage of the deal however my fiance can get me into all parks for free

I've been to Florida a few times, going again on 7th September for 10 days and can highly recommend orlando attractions for both price and service. Always used them, no problems. Got the 5 park 14 day unlimited use Orlando flexticket for £132

You normally save around £4-5 a person (depending on rate) if you buy the individual tickets for each park online before hand. If you are going with a family then I would say it's ideal to buy them before hand.

If you plan on visting a large number of parks you will certainly save on buying flexi tickets etc and save large amounts bearing in mind some flexi tickets often include some average parks (Wet 'n' Wild being one of them). Luckily this flexiticket offer seems to include decent and enjoyable parks.

I'd personally recommend island of Adventure, Universal & Busch Gardens.

Went in June, and the longest I queued for ANY ride was 15 mins. Mostly could just walk straight on! Amazing!

There are sometimes discount ticket outlets out there or you can still buy them online if you have internet access while you're there. Even if you didn't have access to a printer, you can collect them outside the park. Alternatively, even Walmart sometimes sell them for cheaper than on the gate, they usually have an attraction tickets counter in the middle of the store.

Hot deal, just gone for the Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure tickets. Going the week before Thanks giving week so should be quiet (fingers crossed)

Cracking deal! Thinking of going on the 21st November for a week, is this thanksgiving? i think it may be :? but wanted confirmation

Ta.

I go November 6th-19th.. Will I miss thanksgiving Q'S?

Also, if anyone is wanting to do just Seaworld & Busch Gardens there is a 14-day ticket available directly from them for $89.95 - a reduction of $10 per adult. This makes it about £55 for two weeks unlimited entry! Bargain!

p.s. hopefully going on the 31st too!
