A good looking albeit small aquarium. Let's be honest not particularly big, but would look good in a modern home setting. You would not want many fish in this one, though would be perfect for a Siamese Fighting Fish ( in the order of £8). Or it could be used as a primarily planted tank with a few tropical freshwater shrimp (available in blues and reds etc) and a couple of small tetras. Planted tanks are very fashionable at the moment, and bring a little bit of nature in the home. Check YouTube for some ideas.

19l version for £50 also. In store only so phone up your local store before you go!

Saving £15 and £10 respectively

Looks like you'd need a seperate heater to keep tropical fish. And the built in filters are usually pretty rubbish and not healthy for the fish. Would recommend people buy a seperate 25l tank if that is what they want then a filter/heater/lighting seperately, aquariums should be for wanting to care for fish, not for 'fashinable' reasons.

you dont need much in the way of a filter system with tropical fish as water changes are the key.

It says £65 instore on the website? Am I missing something?

That is not worth it, I picked up a 40l cube from my fish shop for the same price

Sorry, £65 I can't think how I got it wrong waxmechanik. Whether you like it or not, or think you can get a better aquarium for the money or not this is still a cheaper price than anywhere else. It looks good in the right setting and is a good starter to the hobby. It is a glass aquarium, not acrylic as opposed to others at this price point, so less prone to scratching.

tell that to my red tail and pleco

Expired. Besides selling aquariums <100L should be disallowed, and both sellers and buyers prosecuted.
Its strange that cruelty to animals is a crime when it comes to dogs or horses, but when it comes to fishes nobody gives a sh*t.
