Here is the MOST interesting bit: All FM transmitters supplied by Ebuyer (UK) Ltd are CE compliant however the use of FM transmitters in the UK contravenes the UK Wireless Telegraphy Act of 1949. By purchasing this device you agree to indemnify Ebuyer (UK) Ltd from any losses, damages, claims or expenses incurred by yourself in its use.

If I remember right, very soon the last bit on the UK FM license usage won't apply as I've read somewhere that part of the FM spectrum was to be allocated to such devices.

Anyway, I wonder how many people are actually breaking the law at the moment because if you go into a poundshop or similar bargain shop you will see many wireless sets (broadcasting onto a FM station) for mobiles on sale (with no such warnings)

i would have trouble using this one as it only outputs on three close http://image.ebuyer.com/UK/R0106492-02.jpg
