If I remember right, very soon the last bit on the UK FM license usage won't apply as I've read somewhere that part of the FM spectrum was to be allocated to such devices.

Anyway, I wonder how many people are actually breaking the law at the moment because if you go into a poundshop or similar bargain shop you will see many wireless sets (broadcasting onto a FM station) for mobiles on sale (with no such warnings)
