That's a fail then!
Blame the owner not the Dog.....There is a whole list of instructions about how to introduce your dog to this and manage it safely until you know how they interact.
Voted cold. Clear evidence of potential safety issue. Instructions or no instructions I wouldn’t buy it
9I saw a Facebook post from a friend of mine who had to rush her dog to an emergency vet because the dog got its jaw wedged in it. Had to have emergency surgery to remove it.

Edit: I can see its made the daily mail. Anyway, she put it on Facebook too.

Wut? I did. Cliffs;

Dog got its jaw trapped

The manufacturer spaffed about rare circumstances and that the toy is not intended for chewing

The designers are going to improve the toy

this isn’t the improved version, and IRL dogs chew things = “potential safety issue”
Well, ya boo sucks to you nair Sayers as my, smaller sized Jug could never get his chops stuck around it and he now bl**dy loves it 🐕 In my own view, no threats of legal beagles getting involved please but great for smaller dogs.
Thought I'd wait to see him with it before replying and it took a while before he got used to the bell then realising it meant heaven in a plastic ball thing
If he smiles, so do I.
It was my dog that got her lower jaw stuck in this toy and not around it. She is a smallish dog and it was the hole that dispenses the treats that was the part she got her lower jaw ( bottom fangs and tongue) and then it kind of sucked her jaw in too. She still has thw scars and sadly is a.changed dog now which i hope will change. A terrifying incident of which I haveTrading standards currently involved. I dont report things lightly and would urge anybody considering buying this item to not buy it until things are investigated. It really isnt worth taking a chance on for the trauma it may cause you and your beloved dog. I pity any dogs being left with this alone during the day.
