Heat!

Thanks nicster - had £2.50 in points to use so £7.49 for me

Is it much better than 2010 as I don't particularly want to give my 2025 game up...

Ffs I paid £18 like 2 days ago at amazon!

Will they match it if I call?

Good deal - heat

Although personally I feel the amount of detail has gotten too much - FM2006 was the last one I played that I enjoyed.

Yeah, I'm in 2032 - none of the players are actual players anymore!

Can this be played/downloaded/transfered onto a netbook?

I believe you can but you would have to download the netbook skin for it.

Great! Ordered this and EA Sports Active 2 for just over £30 using the voucher code.

The agents system makes the game more realistic, the training and feedback system a bit more thorough, and the 3d engine is better optimised (i.e. slower PCs will find it easier running it).

It's up to you, but I would probably say to wait until 2012's edition.

I only play it to kill Man U and get them relagated.

Love to edit all the teams and give all the good players to **** teams and see what happens

The odd thing about thes games are you cant seem to load up previous games with new editions. How hard would this be?

Very hard due to the coding and such, reached 2060 on FM 10 with Thurrock.

Cardozo and Vagner Love - the best attacking partnership I've ever had - enjoyed about 7 seasons of them up front scoring 20-30 goals each (FM 09)

Cheers, been wiating for this to drop to the tenner mark! Ordered.

Netbook skin?

I have only a couple of months of Uni left and I decided to buy this 3 weeks ago. Quite possibly the worst decision I've ever made, I've said goodbye to my life. I'm gonna fail Uni but at least I won the treble with Villa

This will get uber hot! Great price for a current game.

Netbook skin?

Because the screen resolution on a netbook is not high enough they have created a skin which makes FM run on netbooks.

I prefer to play CM01/02 with a data update

Can the older ones be played on a netbook too? (legal ways only please)

also same price for gamestation for those who have gift cards etc or if runs out on Game

Yeah, it's crazy, but Newcastle built a new stadium and I quote "Named after our greatest manager - the Ian Martin Stadium opens July 2020..." Sweet ehy...

CM 01/02 is free but I've found has compatability issues with modern Windows.

Older FM is dependant on the spec of the netbook. 06 or 07 (the last ones before the dodgy 3d match engine) are the best of the older ones and should be OK:

System requirements for Football Manager 2007
Windows 98 SE/2000/XP, P3 800 MHz processor, 128MB RAM, DX 8.1 compatible sound card, 4X CD ROM drive, 1024x768 HD space, 32 bit display Recommended Specs - Windows XP, AMD/Intel 2GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 8X CD ROM drive

If your laptop doesn't run that, I'd go and get your money back (unless its very old)

I currently run it on Windows 7 Ultimate on my laptop

Used to run it on Vista before that

Also run it on XP Home on my desktop

No problems with any of them, I always run it on windowed mode
