Seems pretty tidy to me. getting more and more interested in leasing especially at this sort of cost.
Thanks

This isn't a particularly amazing deal. A few months back I got the Fiesta Ecoboost 1.0 125 Zetec S 3dr w/ 10k miles p.a for £4221.54 over 2 years with full maintenance and GAP insurance.

My advice would be to actually go and sit in one before you pull the trigger on this - really poor interior with a quirky design.

You're kidding right? It's very comfortable, everything easily accessible without being cramped and very nice to drive.

As if anyone would sign up for something like this WITHOUT sitting in one.
Mind you, it takes all sorts

Ford Fiesta - Britains best selling car every year since launch of this model (including prior to facelift)

I can only imagine there's an awful lot of unhappy UK motorists driving around in a "quirky" car

I've amended the title... this isn't the standard Zetec S... that can be had cheaper.

Clutch went on mine after 6 months ( purchased Nov 14) Always had clutches last for ever before. Tacky interior would buy Hyundai i20 next time, had loan car it was miles better and 5 year warranty.

A fiesta with 140bhp??? on a one litre?
Im seriously impressed

Pretty sweet from a 1.0 right? Although I'll be looking at the ST Mountune when I need a new one... These handle like something else around country roads, love mine!

Is there any difference except the +15bhp?

And so you should be though I wonder how the fuel consumption compares to the 125bhp model.

The 1.0 ecoboost is awesome, power and fuel economy - I read last week Ford are going to update the engine software and or engine for better fuel economy, something about switching down to 1 cylinder when required! !!

Agree interior on anything less than a Titanium is not good and a bit dated but the car is a good few years old.

Also agree though the everything is positioned right and comfortable.

In a word, yes I've read up and there are a number of tweaks and upgrades aside from this.

it's not so bad for a little car. plus it's great to drive. gives a lot of fun on the road. that engine sounds great on low revs. i loved driving this car but it was to small for me (6ft4.5 and 270lbs).

we have the 1.0 non turbo and its nippy enough for town and the odd motorway run. if u want speed get a motorbike.

I want speed.

I also want my limbs, organs and ability to walk and chew my own food.

I'll leave the motorbikes to the organ donor's.

Btw. The 1.0 non turbo you refer to is far from nippy. It's also very thirsty when worked hard, which it has to be!

In-laws have this, wife has a 1.2 ibiza fr tsi. for me the ibiza wins hands down, so much more fun to drive for the same price

Funny that, I ride a bike, have done for years. I've got all my own limbs, can chew quite happily too, thanks.

Weird innit, how any mention of a bike drives the zealots to HAVE to make out they are all death machines.

You DO realise that the VAST majority of bikers never suffer a serious accident don't you? And those that do, many are caused by the inadequacies of car drivers.

Regarding the deal... Bought the Mrs a fiesta., Cracking car. Lovely inside, ignoring the slighty OTT number of buttons on the radio (did they really need to put a dialling pad on it?) but drives superbly.
And I don't get the comments about the interior either. It's a cheap car, but I have zero issues with the quality of the materials...

I think this is a good deal.

The finance on the wife's Titanium ends this September so on the lookout for a lease deal on the new Titanium but can't find anything much below £200, looking for £150-175 preferably on 2/3 yr 7.5-10K mileage p/a. Anyone know of any good companies to keep an eye on?

Seems a big difference... that's only (by default) 105BHP...as opposed to this 140BHP..? or maybe you're talking about it just in general...

I got my Fiesta lease from Leasing Options. No idea about Titanium prices though.

Can't dispute its a popular car - does it make it good in everyone's eyes...no. I driver Skoda which apparently makes me insane.

dave80

isitnexttohim is probably an Audi driver!

I have owned an A3 in the past, it was ok...nothing special - currently I drive a Skoda octavia which makes me criminally insane if you trust peoples opinion on the lease deals listed here....and its leased as well (OMG).

My wife has a VW UP - we looked at the fiesta as she is a massive fan having owned many fiestas, sadly having owned a zetec s a few years ago that was going rusty that kind of puts you off. Check the Focus RS buyers guides they ercommend you check for rust...on a 3 year old car?! come on now....

From what I see on the roads every time the sun shines the vast majority of bikers seem to want their bikes to be the cause of their death.

I believe both sides can improve their skills. Car drivers should be more aware and observant but likewise bikers should be careful about their riding style and keep to sensible speeds.

I say this as an ex motorbike rider and somebody who had a friend die in an accident a few years back.

So maybe it's not just me that thinks its a dreadful interior.....someone has actually owned one and they thought it to.

I cannot dispute its a great looking car though.

Also driven a 1.6 tdci in this shape - wow that was one seriously dated and tractor like car....handles like driving a coffee table....

Well that definitely isn't acceptable but not something anybody will have to worry about with a 2 year lease.

I think what people think is 'nippy' and 'a great car' is very open to personal taste and what you have driven to compare it to.

My wife had a citroen c1 and it was a fantastic little car, 60,pg all day long...stupid cheap to run. So to us it was a good car, does it look as nice as the fiesta...no....and its not as quick as the fiesta for sure....but it is way cheaper...and probably built better than the ford.

Wife has a vw up - great car so much more practical and ok to drive yest its nippy, but as nippy as the fiesta zetec s - i doubt it, better built, better quality, cheaper to run.....yes.

True indeed...dare i say that is one bonus of lease deals....

I got rid of my Audi A4 and switched to this due to running costs. I have a 1.0 125bhp Titanium X Ecoboost and I've got to say I love it! Insurance and fuel is very cheap. It costs under £50 for a full tank!
This deal looks very good for the trim .
