That picture does this thread no justice.
I could be wrong here, but £6k to lease a fiesta seems expensive. And only with 8k miles/year .
Its 18000 for a fiesta st line its about 350 a month to lease from ford and to buy over 4 years 480 a month so 150 a month is a excellent deal
Can be bought for £15,322 through Drive The Deal. But will it be worth £9,624 at 3 years old?

Unlikely i'd say.

This is not a bad deal at all... Heat from me, wonder why it's so cold in here...?
Thanks for sharing op.....
very good deal

The 140bhp version is £162 a month on 1+35 as well. That's a fantastic price too really. I've got one in the older shape in the 140bhp version and really love it.

Will this be the newest model with the touch screen etc?

Ask them....It's one of those weird things people did before social media and the internet took over. Give them a call...ask them what they are offering and the model type and if it's for you...fill your boots.

Although judging by the OPs picture I'd be reasonably positive it would be the new shape Fiesta.

It's a good deal. No chance of getting a PCP or loan anywhere near this on a new one. Hand it back in 3 years and move on to something else.
Will be ordering this tomorrow for my son

Any advice on getting a good maintenance deal with it?

Think I pay an additional £20 for maintenance on my Kuga so would be happy to pay the same.

This looks like a good deal, I have gone for the 140 model at £162. Thanks!!
Great deal. Just over a year ago bought the 140bhp model from drivethedeal. Put down 2k and its £202 a month for 3 years with a final payment of just over 6k if I want the car. I added a couple of grand worth of extras though.

The important question is whether the depreciation on a brand new purchased car will be more or less than the cost of the lease.

Over a period of three years, I would expect this car to lose £6k to £7.5k at a rough guess.
Can anyone who is knowledge about leases confirm my guess is about right?

If so, this is a hot deal.
Voting hot in anticipation of being confirmed as correct with my assumptions.
Been waiting for a decent lease deal. I've applied for the 140bhp version. I presume it's just the colour in the picture?
I believe the new Fiesta is on 2 Year /18,000 mileage cycle for servicing rather than every 12 months. If I follow the Ford site correctly.

Correct. Negotiated Bristol Street down to about £9/month for a servicing package for 4 years (2 services).
Those wheels look great - but if they're anything like the ones on the previous model they're fragile - easily knocked out of true on UK's lousy roads.

That's very kind of you. My old man's helped me out a few times with cars, and I really appreciate it. I'm sure your son will too.
I applied this morning for one however 12,000 miles a year. £166 p/m for the 140bhp and £500 deposit £300 admin fee.

£6610 over 3 years. Hopefully hassle free driving

Servicing at (soonest of) 2 years / 18k miles is quoted on the Fleetprices' Technical Data tab, so yes: only one service required over 3 years if covering less than 36k miles (on the OP total 24k lease).

Did you get a confirmation email when applying?
Im watching this post with interest as my husbands car has busticated and is now driving a £200 bargain one til it runs out of MOT in July. My faithful 2005 Honda has its MOT today but I think its ending its life, engine is cracking still but we'll see what they say. This might be the way forward for us.
Excellent deal, daughter looking at Citroen C3 (similar size), lower RRP and best deals at about £179, about £1,500 less over the term.

The ST element helps with standard kit like hill-assist, auto lights, lane assist, ans being able to sync apps means Google maps etc for sat nav.

Maintenance on a new car? Surely everything is covered under warranty. In 3 years even brakes should not need replacing or tyres, which would not be covered anyway.

Why even serrvice for £24k? My oil change is at 24k on long service!

Just spoke to fleet prices the vehicles need to be registered by Thursday this week but delivery isn’t for another 2-3 weeks, so by the time you take delivery it will need its first MOT before handing back shouldn’t need anything doing but worth knowing. Anyone spoke to a local ford dealer to see if they will match ? That way save on the processing fee
Seems this car is in demand, but in the wrong way! Seen so many Fords being stolen lately (Kuga/Focus/Fiesta all in the ST spec) So If this has the keyless start, I would consider a good ole fashioned steerring wheel lock for it...

Heading over there shortly, will let you know!

2 services for £432 on a Fiesta seems a bit steep to me! I pay a main stealer £99 for a minor service on my Fiesta.
I've been told there's no red left so it's either white at an extra 7.50 a month or black or magnetic for 13.50 a month

I’m assuming for servicing. That’s all the maintenance it should need, but don’t get it done and wave goodbye to the warranty.
Oh, and neither of your examples, brakes and tyres are covered under warranty. Just saying............

I doubt it. A 16 month old one (in white with low mileage) is selling at £10,488. So in another 20 months I'd expect it lose considerably more.

Also what the dealer sells it for will usually be more than what they paid for it.

Lease agreement requires vehicle to be serviced to manufacturer spec during lifetime of lease. Leasing agreement allows fee to be charged at end of lease if vehicle not serviced to manufacturer spec. Warranty cover is subject to service schedule being met.
