Stanley twin pack (8M) are reduced to £9.99 - twice the price of these. Why mention it - don't know really. I'm sure these are fine, but for whatever reason I've only used Stanley measures since I was a kid (50 years now). I couldn't see myself using another brand, even though I'm sure they are fine. I'm not usually this stubborn where brands are concerned
