At less than 5p per wash is good value.
I have and know plenty who have used this with no problems at all no clogging of the washing machine - clothes come out clean
If you haven't tried it nows the time at 99p and then you can make Your own mind up or You can listen to the HORROR stories other people would have You believe!!!

99 quid??

PS I realise this post will look ridiculous once the OP edits the deal but hey ho

You have to use half if it to get anywhere near a decent wash.

These are real crap- same as to wash with out any detergent...and smell is horrible; even strongest smelling fabric softener can't beat it.

Save up a few 0.99p and buy surf tropical lilly super concentrate.

£1.19 this weekend in Northern Irish stores.

This stuff stinks, used once left clothes still dirty , binned it

Can't be any worse than the poundland serene glow I'm currently using!!

Does Formil not usually get a best buy on Which?

I just tried they non bio power, very impressed, so will try and catch a couple of these over the week-end.

Reviews on Which? done for money: who pays more-that is the best!
One year it was Aldi Almat, next year Formil... I have tried both: Almat is far better than Formil, but nothing near big brands like Ariel, Persil,Bold...

Well I've been using persil for years and Formil is as good if not betrer, nice surprise and for paying for reviews I wonder who spends more on product placement and commercials.

Don't be silly. No need.
Formil is worst of the worsts and smells chemicals like hell!!! It won't wash colours normally, not talking about white laundry; I tried both gel and powder. So Formil powder even don't dissolve properly at 50 degrees-you can find small grains of powder in fully finished wash, so what we are talking about....?

Waitrose own brand and formil bottles are identical and they smell pretty similar too - rumour has it that they are both made by RECKITT BENCKISER.

I really like the Formil bio one but not so keen on the non bio but with either i always add a little doussy fabric conditioner

Possibly. The key thing to remember is that retailers own brands are usually benchmarked against leading brands. Given that Aldi & Lidl primarily focus on their own brands, it wouldn’t make sense for them to offer up substandard product.
Personally I use Almat and am more than happy with the results.:{

I have read that as well and Aldi's are made by McBrides, so not P&G and Unilever/Henkel.

I always use a wee amount of white vinegar in the wash and rinse, never use fabric conditioner unless it's for plastics to reduce static, sports gear.. etc

Couldn't resist this nonsense, as if P&G don't spend monies,

I took a bit of time but now understand what your hinting at.

I did get the undissolved grains with the coloured powder, so exchanged for the non bio, no problems with this just great results.

I will try the coloured gel for the crack, I mean it's only one pound and ariel is about £4!

I don't think they do a 'colour' version of the gel.

Yea went down and no coloured as you say but got some new premium wool and premium delicates, £2.79 per bottle (41 wash)
