Please don't buy these, they don't work. Small changes in your diet will be much cheaper and more effective.
Appetite suppressants were banned, that is why they aren’t on the NHS. They cause depression and are actually linked to suicide. These are a gimmick. Fat binders are not suppressants. If you want to lose weight, do more and eat less. Specifically processed carbohydrates. Ironically, it’s not fat that makes you fat, that’s a myth. Cut out pies, pizza, bread, wheat pasta, cakes, biscuits, fast food, pastries. Eat fresh veg, lean meat and fish, rice, fruits, nuts and seeds and drink water. Replace beer with a near spirit or white wine if you must drink. My favourite tips are: don’t eat anything from a packet, don’t eat anything with more than four ingredients if it is in a packet and try to eat what the earth provides naturally. Nobody is a saint, but the main thing that causes weight gain is simply lack of will power. You can do it.
I'll pick some up when I do my daily Poundland crisps and choccies purchase... they should cancel each other out!

Still have to try though. I can’t stand it when I see overweight people buying rubbish like this.
I've lost two stone in the last two months - hurrah for depression!

NB - depression is not a recognised form of dieting...

lol, almost chocked on my doughnut sandwich, luckily I had some Rockstar fizzy drink to wash it down, phew.

Agree with everything you said except red wine is healthier and better for weight maintenance. About 2 years ago I cut out processed foods, salt (water retainer), sugar, soya (oestrogen) and all alcohol except whiskey and red wine. I don't eat more than 50g of carbs a day and exercise 5-6 days a week. A mix of cardiovascular and intense weights. I also walk a lot now. Now when I look at old photos of me and see myself in the mirror in comparison; I have a smile on my face and have to agree with what most people have commented on....that I'm as fat a git as ever!

Depends. Red wine is stronger and harder to break down. More strain on the liver. No alcohol is really healthy, but I’d say wine is better than most, regardless of colour.

I suspect that a lot of these pills are successful purely because they punish unhealthy eating. People discover that when fats aren't being absorbed by the gut, they still have to go somewhere...
Don't understand why you have to lose weight to play an Xbox racing game.
Lots of people buy this junk and expect it to work miracles. Nothing burns fat other than creating a calorie deficit and steady exercise on a regular basis
. These things are generally just a load of caffeine and other stimulants. They might help you feel more energetic but the slump will not be pleasant. Lots of crap side effects too.

As already said, for anyone looking at these as a magic cure, save yourself the frustration and try to get a good eating, exercise and sleep plan.
If you really are struggling with suppressing your appetite, try and get low calorie, high fibre, voluminous foods into your diet to keep you feeling full for longer and over time your will power will improve....probably.
