Fossil is offering 30% discount on selected Smartwatches as part of a promotion - see Deal Link that takes you to their listings page. The 30% discount is applied automatically when a qualifying watch is added to the basket. This promotion ends on 24 August 2019.

However, when you first visit Fossil's website, you should get a pop up box to sign up to their newsletter which will provide you a code for an ADDITIONAL 15% discount - that can be stacked on top of the ongoing Smartwatch Promotion!

I signed up to the newsletter and received my Promotion Code immediately. I am unable to post it here as it goes against the rules. The code you receive should be valid for about 10 days. Mine was valid until 12 August 2019.

Fossil's top offerings include:

Gen 4 Smartwatch - Explorist HR Smoke Stainless Steel (Additional Colours Available)
RRP £269.00
With 30% Discount £188.00
With 30% and Additional 15% Discount Stacked £159.80

Gen 4 Smartwatch - Explorist HR Black Silicone
RRP £249.00
With 30% Discount £174.00
With 30% and Additional 15% Discount Stacked £147.90

Gen 4 Smartwatch - Explorist HR Tan Leather (Additional Leather Shades Available)
RRP £249.00
With 30% Discount £174.00
With 30% and Additional 15% Discount Stacked £147.90

The Gen 4 Smartwatch probably has all the features you would expect from an Android based Smartwatch. Granted, these watches are running the now dated Snapdragon 2100 Chipset and Wear OS - but you still get great features like waterproofing, NFC for payments, standalone GPS, heart rate monitor and much more. Excellent value for money IMO.

I recently purchased the TicWatch Pro from Mobvoi during Amazon Prime Day Deals and it worked out around the same price as these Fossil watches. Features wise both these watches are near identical - they just offer different aesthetics. The TicWatch Pro offers better battery life because of its' FSTN display and 'Essential Mode' but you can't go wrong with either of them.

I searched HUKD and all the past deals I could find on this model were around £179 - so I reckon this is a decent deal and worth sharing with fellow HUKD members.

Thanks for looking and please vote hot if this deal helps you!

Can Men wear the venture or is it more of a womans watch? The explorist at 45mm is just too big for my female wrists haha!

Yeah I just bought one and it will last from about 7am to 4am on a single charge but then dies so I have to charge it in the middle of the night ready for the next day....not convienient at all

Same issue here, can't get any, as too bulky. Samsung galaxy active is small, but a bit to feminine for me. Apart from this, not many choices unless I go with a square one. I've seems some reviews on YouTube about the venture on men's wrist and didn't look out of the place, so have this on my list but I want to see it in the shop first. Shame about the battery life.

I have a Huawei W2 and find it's best to charge it when I'm showering or washing in the morning.
Doesn't work too well in the shower anyway, geeks out my podcasts playing!

    Sleep tracking?

Fair enough - that's not something I do. However, if the battery won't last until you wake up then sleep tracking isn't really going to work properly - and if you wake up to put it on charge then it's pretty obvious you sleep will be interrupted!

🔥🔥🔥 this is a great price for this watch. I currently have the Huawei watch 1, still getting ui updates with tiles but OS is old and could do with new processor and NFC so might commit

Perhaps tone down the brightness a bit and turn off always on display? If battery is your issue then the TicWatch Pro does not disappoint 👌🏻

Good spot. My Sony sw3 has just died and I missed the prime day ticwatch offer so this is perfect 👌

Why would you need to charge it in the middle of the night? Can't you just put it on charge before going to sleep?

I've got the Explorist HR gen 4 and was only getting a day from it.

The main battery drain I found was the tilt to wake as it seemed to wake quite a lot of the time.

I would only class my use as light to medium, but with it now set at auto brightness, always on and tilt to wake off I get a day and a half out of it.

Can easily tell the time at a glance and tapping the screen or pressing the crown to wake it for smart features isn't really a hardship.

Really like the watch, it's definitely a step up in quality in terms of my old ticwatch E.

Never used my Huawei Watch for either, so fair enough. Mind you, the Huawei Watch has a speaker (unlike most watches), so alarms would work regardless.

my Fitbit is dying and want a new Smart Watch, but have heard rumours of the new Google Watch potentially coming out in October, I'm hesitant to order.

Seems like a great price though! (edited)

When I lost my sw3 in London I couldn't find another decent squared android wear, so I bought it once again. Still nowadays I can't think of any android wear to replace my sw3, due to how practical and functional it is, although running the older OS version. I can't get used to round watches..I'm doomed once it will break. No chances I'll ever use IOS,I'll probably buy a 3rd one!

I'm currently going through a replacement for my 6 month old 4th gen watch as the charging outer ring has come apart. Seems like it might be quite common so be aware
