wouldn't need a mattress if I had an Eve...
They claimed 1000s of physicians tested their space age foam ..really ?
Which said poor in tests

Exactly how corpulent is Eve? Must be very well upholstered if you can use her as a mattress!
I've paid less for a mistress.

oO
Anyone using the iPad app for this site? Where is the edit button to take the spelling mistake out of the title?
So I can get an eve mattress, but not a tempur mattress for a third of the price. Or are eve going to say anywhere on their website how I can get a tempur mattress for a third of the price?

I don't get it.

*I do, I'm just being pedantic.
See above :-)
£299 for a mattress ? Hmm I think I'll sleep on it !
Blatant advertising. And it isn't even a good deal. Frozen!

Not in the long run
got one, they are very comfy and the customer service is very good, 10 year guarantee, we shall see how it goes. it's cured my backache
10% quidco might be a better deal than £50 off
I figure the cold votes are partly due to the "HOW MUCH" brigade! But in terms of quality how do these stack up against the likes of Tempur or Leesa or even Hypnia?
Checked reviews on this company/beds very dubious comments - cold for me

Yeah! A positive comment, mine is being delivered on Thursday and I have hope for back ache solution!
I'm shocked how cold this post is. The mattress is 25cm thick, measure yours and see that is tempur thickness then look at the cheap ones on Amazon and see they are either a topper or super thin 15cm range.
Should never go for a cheap mattress they say.
Agreed that this seems like an advertising post. I have vaguely been considering eve mattresses but the £50 discoint us available all year long. No deal.
If I wanted a Tempur mattress for a third of the price, that is what I'd want. Not an imposter.

I'd like a 'real' Aston Martin for £50 but I won't hold my breath waiting for someone to post up a link! Unless you know where I can get a Tempur mattress of a 3rd of the price and an Aston Martin for £50?

Well it is not an advertising post. Thanks for your put down, as someone who clearly uses this site for a long time, should you not encourage people to expand it, rather than put them off?

You will probably go through life being disappointed then...
This is funny though on their website!
"A premium quality mattress at a third of the price.Somebody’s going to lose their temper."

If your post had read buy a Memory full foam mattress for a third of a Tempur, then it would have been fine.
Instead it reads very much like get a Tempur for 1/3 of the cost.

I'm not too disappointed with life to be honest, thanks for asking.
The clue is the word LIKE! He/She is telling you that it is not the real McCOY!

All the reviews I've seen say that Leesa is better than this Eve mattress. Hypnia are a joke. I'm sleeping on one of their mattresses now. Worst mattress I've ever slept on. As for Tempur, most of their mattresses are comfortable but if the memory foam is on top then it is always going to be too hot.

I've been reading that the Leesa mattress just pips the eve in reviews in terms of feel and quality. A little extra cost but I figure if your going to use it for 10 years it's worth getting it right!

Can you get full refund with the Leesa after a 100 days?

100 day trial yep! Some of the reviews suggest the t&c's in terms of warranty are also better with the Leesa!

Just bought the Leesa mattress! Reviews just seem to rate marginally better than the Eve so I figured it was the better long term decision. Once I get it I'm happy to offer some feedback if anybody is interested?

I'm interested. It will make a change from all the biased reviews of the Leesa i see from reviewers who earn commission from discount codes in their reviews.

I also bought the Leesa. I didn't bother with the Eve but may get that as well if I'm disappointed with the Leesa.

UPDATE - Bit of a balls up with the delivery (wrong size mattress initially delivered and subsequently had to be returned) so they knocked some money off! Should be delivered tomorrow! Fingers crossed

I'm sending mine back. Getting a latex mattress instead.
I've had my Eve now for 2 weeks and I love it. Takes a while to adjust but back pain gone and finally I look forward to bed time. Few issues with delivery but they chucked in a free pillow, so first class service! 5/5!
Been sleeping on the Leesa for a few days now! Still getting used to the 'sinking in' feeling (coming from a sprung mattress) but so far so good!
£700 for a mattress made up of only foam layers seems prohibitively expensive. What am I paying for here? The mattress itself or the advertising, generous guarantee and the owner's (no doubt generous) salaries?

This is so true. It's one of the reasons I sent back the Leesa. When you look at the quality of the components within the mattress, it's quite disappointing.

Surely the question here is why pay £2000 for a tempur when the lessa and eve are essential the same thing yet so much cheaper! No?

Leesa and Eve mattresses have cheaper and less durable 50kg density memory foam which is a potential weak link in these mattresses. Tempur uses 85kg density memory foam for their expensive mattresses. I have seen cheaper mattresses than the eve and leesa with higher density memory foam.

More about the weaknesses of these mattresses can be found here:

Interesting. I went with the eve as I didn't know about the lessa but either way I can have three new mattresses in the10-15 years instead of 1. Cant really tell the difference in the density and when you can get a new one!
