Do you like the base base biscuit base? Do you like the buttery biscuit base?!

Also these are plenty tasty! Only 51 calories per biscuit (that's 3%)

(also, if you're a fan of the ginger type, they're on offer too!)

How many biscuits are there in the pack? It's a bit hard to rate without this vital info. I'm assuming 2, so cold from me.

Are there any nutritionists out there that can explain what this means?

I believe it is that each biscuit is 3% of your recommended allowance of calories.

A man can have 49 and a woman can have 39 in a day but eat nothing else.

51 is not exactly low have you seen the size of these things? You can't exactly have just one

So back to my original point, how are supposed to assess this deal without knowing how many biscuits there are in the packet?

Heaven forbid you ever need to decide whether to vote hot for a 200g bag of rice. Would you have to count each grain individually before you decide if its hot or not LOL.

Its a 200g pack

Would you have to count each grain individually before you decide if its hot or not LOL.But that doesn't enable me to calculate the overall calorific value from. I have a per biscuit value, but no multiplier [number of biscuits]. I have to admit a vested interest. I am a keen amateur cyclist who covers 300 miles a week. To sustain this I need to ingest 4000 calories a day. I am always on the lookout for cheap energy! Its a 200g pack

If it's any help, there are 12 biscuits in my Cream Crunch's.

Oh wait, now there are only 10.

Just checked again, and there are only 6 now

But they're very nice!!!!
