It was that price for about a decade.

Fair warning, the queue for the wine sometimes takes longer than the crossing.

Done this trip (using the same deal) previously. The free wine was Banroch Station Shiraz, a perfectly drinkable Aussie red.
I made the trip worthwhile by driving to Adinkerke (just over the Belgian border) and stocking up on tobacco. Then came back via the Auchan hypermarket in Dunkirk to fill up with french wine and belgian beer. (Buy one case of wine, get one free on certain wines). Don't forget the VIVINO app on your phone - it tells you all about the wine (usually) simply by photographing the label on the bottle. Its a free app.
