Very good price, very good book. I've got the hard copy.
Thanks OP
Thanks. You can’t have too many cookery books and I love pizza.

Or grill. Best way to cook pizza without a pizza oven is the frying pan method. No contest.
I tried a pizza stone but after following advice in this book switched to a cast iron pan and grill method (using their dough recipe). Amazing pizza.

I personally think that a good pizza stone (not the thin ones you can buy from department stores) on a bbq gives better results than the frying pan method; but its still a good method and far superior to any supermarket bought pizza!

I guess it also depends on the style of pizza your after; I prefer the traditional Neopolitan style, something I have only achieved using a wood oven

Well yes, i'm only talking about domestic ovens. I use a Roccbox and it's amazing for Neapolitan. (I'm pretty obsessed - went to Naples for a Pizza crawl...hit 9 places in a day )

I’m similar in that sense, spent some time in Italy and became a convert to Pizza. At home I alternate between using a Roccbox, Mezzo 76 and Weber Summit 670.... the Mezzo probably the most enjoyable to use. Have my first sourdough starter almost ready to use, fingers crossed its worth the effort!

Good man! I want a Mezzo but don't have the space....plan to get one when we move some day. I'm an Egg man for BBQ though Good luck with the sourdough, i'm got a starter which should be ready to use in a couple of days too
