2. To Participate: sign up for a Pret Coffee Subscription. The terms and conditions of the Pret Coffee Subscription, available at the above section ‘Pret Coffee Subscription’, will apply in addition to these Campaign Terms and Conditions.
3. You will be required to sign up for a Pret Account to purchase a subscription.
4. Please see the Pret Coffee Subscription T&Cs for full details on how the subscription works. In the event of any discrepancy, these Campaign Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
5. First month free. The first month of your Pret Coffee Subscription is free of charge.
6. Promotion Period: The promotion is ongoing until further notice, and may be ended at any time at our discretion without notice.
7. By signing up for a Pret Coffee Subscription and taking part in this campaign, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Pret Coffee Subscription Terms and Conditions, and the Pret Account & Loyalty Terms and Conditions.
8. Cancellation. If you cancel your subscription within the free month, your subscription cancellation will be effective immediately and your subscription will not be renewed after that month ends.
9. To the extent permitted by the law, Pret will not be liable for any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with this campaign howsoever caused (whether in contract, tort including without limitation negligence, statutory duty or otherwise).
