Its strange how eBay are frantically grappling to lure people back with £1 and £3 FVF and free vouchers etc, maybe they've finally come to understand that people are sick of their greed and unfair resolution systems......bring back the ability for sellers to leave negative feedback for scamming buyers and maybe, just maybe ill go back and start selling again...

No actual link?
Was this a email you recieved?
A link would be helpful
I found mine in eBay's messages, I've had no email.
Ps it's for listing and selling three items.

Don't think you will get much for them with the pages stuck together
What's the point in posting an invite only deal?

Surely all those people would already know about it
Not a deal when it’s account specific. It’s a deal when it’s open to everyone.
I also got the message in my inbox. At first I thought it was as straight £10 off (horay!) but then I read the conditions (boo!)

Far to much hassle - list and sell 3 items while there is no fvf offer (so 10% in fees to Ebay) means you will probably make more if you wait for the next £1 fvf offer. This will only be worthwhile if you have 3 items under £10 to list.

Even then you have to wait for them to honour the deal and send you the code without having to chase it up.

if you move your jazz mags / art panflets into short duration art info movies these never stick together.

Why did they remove that ability anyway?!?! It makes no sense!!
Its was supposed to stop retaliatory feedback being given but all it did was allow all buyers to become unreasonable and hold sellers to ransom....eBay got greedy and now they're paying for it, see what happens when Paypal go, it will become even worse!
I've added a link to the offer and a screenshot from the email I received in the Community Updates just below the deal. I was about to say "not sure why so cold", but I guess I know - it's eBay, it's divisive and HUKD thrives on that. Sadly I see it as a bit of a necessary evil and not too bad with the odd offer like this or the £1 FVF, but yes - far from perfect as a whole, but this actual offer is hot IMO.

i don't agree with allowing sellers to leave negative feedback for buyers, from past experience sellers will leave you negative feedback if you leave them one even if they're in the wrong. however i totally agree the fees they charge are rip off,if you sell something like a nintendo switch say for £250 they will take £25 as ebay fee & further £7 or £9 for paypal. the total fees should be no more than £10 this is why people wait for the £1 fee offer before they list anything one ebay.

-227?!!! Wow! I'm not sure why this is cold, instead of hot, as it helps everyone earn a tenner.

Sure is strange to vote it so cold. Unless I'm missing something. Whatever. I know it will be helpful to many. Me included.

Don't worry about it. Limited deals like this are always cold as very few get this so most clicking on it

Thats strange, so you like the idea of buyers being able to hold a seller to ransom with the threat of negative feedback, without the right to reply by the seller, interesting.......not very fair at all though that TBH

Unfortunately their plan failed miserably. I took part in their last £1 FVF, sold an item to Israel, they said 'not as described - only contains 1 of the 3 parts' (my listing clearly said in 3 places 'ONLY CONTAINS 1 OF 3 PARTS'). eBay found it in their favour and refunded the full £40 back to them. Have spoken to eBay about 10 times since and receive false promises of 'You're completely right, we will refund you in full' then never do. Talk about a promotion backfiring on them!! I now know why people avoid.
