Thanks

Thanks, also do the Nectar survey (online, Nectar site) for 100 points.
Another point, for all such things (online offers, etc.) create a second, dedicated e-mail. It can be used to confirm e-mail (as some require) and thereafter, auto-delete all messages. Never give you main e-mail, you will be swamped with huge numbers of messages selling replica watches, prescription medication, etc. - all very unsavoury. Use you main e-mail only for reputable, legimate, online use, such as online banking, online billing, etc. Even then, you may need to create several e-mail addresses for each purpose - no easy way around this, I am afraid, but once you get organised, it should be manageable.

Good find, just set up a unused account for this sort of thing.

Easy 100 points voted Hot .
Told them(talk talk) only a few weeks ago until i can get free broadband won't change.

Oh Thanks

I know lots of others have mentioned that it's to do sales calls. The other worrying thing is that it appears to be all the information they would need to change your phone line? I could be wrong, but that's one survey I won't be doing. Especially when they've been on watchdog for so many things in the past and it kind of showed that they are not the most ethical company. Not voted either way.

great, I don't know how everyone finds it so difficult to provide a false postcode/tele number/email address. What's the big deal? Anyways I'm not complaining - more fool them, thanks Mith.x

provided an out of date mobile number
