I have, although it’s too early for them to have paid out. When I have had issues in the past, whether that’s purchases not tracking, tracking incorrectly or asking them to beat Quidco’s rate, TCB customer service have always gone above and beyond to help. I’ve never not had a bonus pay out. Can’t say the same for Quidco, where you can’t even raise a claim for a missing bonus (or for a number of retailers.) Always use TCB now, and if Quidco’s rate is higher they’ll match it without fail.

What tips can you give for using toocashback app via iPhone I’ve too have had tracking issues so to be safe I just cancelled my order and was thinking of trying Quidco instead buy just seen your comment about browser data etc I’ve never had to clear anything in the past....

No worries, for using the app we would advise to make sure your device and the app are updated regularly. When using the app please make sure nothing else is running in the background and to check if a retailer does allow app to app tracking which would be mentioned in the offer info below listed offers.

If you are using the mobile site please make sure all cookies are cleared in your browser before clicking to our site and to make sure that no other tabs are open. If you are having issues after trying this for a while and you are using safari please try a different web browser as this may help.

We can only advise to try and give the best chances of tracking but if you do not see a transaction after seven days from the purchase date please lodge a claim as our team can take a closer look to dispute for you.

My top cash hasn’t even tracked for few days and everytime I log in tcb it says this free takeaway offer is still available when I have already used it

Give it a few weeks. Once it goes to confirmed the cashback is validated which means merchant approved it. Once it goes to payable then this means money has been passed to TCB by the merchant and TCB have passed it onto you.

Once it goes to payable (green colour) you can withdraw the money to your bank account (you have to do it manually, money is not automatically transferred).
It’s been like 10 days & nothin
