It is not gurantee to be free, redemption can be risky.

This site has been rated unsatisfactory by WOT (Web of Trust mywot.com/ untrustworthy) use caution is all I'd say.

ive done 4 redemptions and not had any problems with any

just have to be diligent!

site is fine I got a mobile 2 years back with free laptop

but the £15 Tmoile deal for the nokia5800 or the HTC touch 2 (with £50 auto cashback) is a better deal IMO

oh and the WOT ratings are all 8.7 to 9.3 so quite good actually

In today's climate, caution is advised about medium-term phone contracts. Companies go bust easily and you will be landed with the full bill.

the contract will be with the phone operator - so you bill wont change just your cash back claim be become null and void

I thought the same when i bought something with Cdiscount which are very big names in France such as argos here. Now, cdiscount has gone bust because it could not pay back £5m to its suppliers. Its mother cdisocunt in France, this money is just peanuts but still they did not support it in here and company went bankrupt.

moral: if BMP goes bust dont think DT will come for its rescue, whatever hte small money it is to its mother.

I've used cashback deals for well over 6 yrs, only once have I had a problem, had to take it to the small claims court and got my money in the end. Its a small risk if you know what you are doing and take care in reading and understanding all the terms. I currently have 2 cashback contracts with buymobilephones and I'm about to make my first claim.

I have used BMP.net in the past with no problems

Best to really claify exactly what bills are required and when and exactly what documents are required

BMP are part of A1 Commication - a large business mobile provider and have been around for many years

Make diary notes / phone remonders etc

send the bills in as soon as you can by RMSD not recorded as SD is 99% guaranteed delivery and is always signed for

photocopy everything before sending

the people who complian are generally those who do not read and fully understand the rules !

However there is always teh risk that they do go bust but in the case of BMP.net probably fairly low

These companies are past masters at these deals and they factor in a certain % of applicants getting it wrong / missing a submission / forgetting.

Who do you take to Court if they end up in receivership and don't payout the cashback??
(You will become an unsecured creditor, at the bottom of the list)

I used buymobilephone.net before and get a deal with xbox360 back in 2006 and never any issues and still got the xbox 360 suprisingly and never RROD. Have taken a similiar deal and the vouchers are on the fridge so every morning I see it.
