Have been using this app for 5 months or so. Highly recommend it for keeping fit at home
Good offer,
but just wondering that will NHS staffs have enough stamina/time apart from their current working hours.

Surely they have rest days here and there?

Also, many NHS jobs are mostly sitting or desk-bound so exercise programmes like this might come in handy

yes! just started my daily 15 mins workout + 10 mins workout (from diff instructors) on YT. gonna stick with them, but liking this nice gesture!
Nice one.
I spend all my days off recovering from 12+ shifts to do too much exercise. Worth checking out though
Anyone else applied several days ago and not heard back?
